Maria made our stay at Grand Hotel International truly special. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay with her warm and thoughtful way.
The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, everything feels very well kept, and the entire property has a very relaxing character. The bar is excellent, the staff is consistently friendly, and the garden adds to the overall charm of the hotel.
Maria and the staff were truly a blessing, and she is a big reason why this stay will stay in our memory.

The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options; however, the area was extremely crowded during peak hours, which made it a bit hectic. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay overall. The location of the hotel is quite good, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, which was very convenient. In addition, the staff was very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful at all times, contributing positively to the experience. Overall, the hotel left a very good impression, combining comfort, good service, and a convenient location, despite the crowded breakfast area.
My review reflects my dissatisfaction with the way my request was handled during my stay at the Hotel International Prague. As a guest, I asked for access to the fitness centre and was told that it is open on weekdays from 6.30 am to 9.30 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 8 pm.
On Saturday 28 March at 8.44 pm, I asked for permission to use the treadmill for just 25 minutes. Reception contacted management, but I was told that the person in charge (the manager) did not wish to speak to me directly and that I should submit my request by email.
I found this attitude disappointing and inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. The refusal to speak directly with a guest and the referral of a simple matter to email do not meet the expected standard of service.
I hope the hotel will review this approach and handle similar situations in a more professional and respectful manner towards its guests.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel truly taken care of from the moment I arrived.
Another big plus was the parking situation. The hotel offers convenient, spacious, and easy‑to-access parking, which made arrival and departure completely stress‑free. It's a great advantage, especially for travelers with a car.
Overall, a great stay with fantastic service and excellent parking facilities. I would definitely come back!
Updating or replacing the furniture would significantly improve the guest experience and bring the rooms up to a more modern and comfortable standard.

I really appreciate the cleaning crew—they have a demanding job, yet they always carry it out with a smile.
The tall ceilings and grand staircase are stunning, with a dramatic 1920s vibe that adds so much character.
The lobby bar also has a wonderfully relaxed and laid-back atmosphere.
The reception/front desk staff did not reflect the level of warm, customer-oriented service I typically expect. They were not particularly helpful when it came to providing directions or answering general tourist-related questions. As the first point of contact at a hotel of this caliber, the front desk team plays a key role in shaping the guest experience. A more friendly, welcoming, and charismatic approach would greatly enhance the overall impression.

Breakfast was the best. Hotel looks like from communist era, but in the good way, I liked it. Standards were high in general.
Parking - Hotel parking place was full so I had to park in the street nearby. Parking was paid by hotel though. Not a big issue.
