The staff were amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful from the inside and out with 2 fantastic bars to enjoy. Rooms have everything you need. Would definitely recommend on a whole - extremely easy to navigate trams from the hotel to the city centre or anywhere you need to go

We got an upgrade to a BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS room. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of choices.
Might be nice if the staff explains the Metro system a little better to foreigners. We unfortunately were accosted by the Metro attendants very rudely and forceful that we stamped our 24 hour ticket wrong and had to pay a $48 fine each. We were not in the wrong in any way riding the Metro since we had bought our ticket for 24 hours and they didn't even let us just bye another one. We have proof of the transaction and didn't even let us try to prove it. They just wanted our $$$$ for the fine! Extremely rude and not favorable to foreign travelers. The hotel should warn others.

The hotel is beautiful and then a quiet residential area, which I liked. It is very easy to get around from the hotel with the transit system and people over 65 do not pay. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t want to be in the action.
They have a wonderful restaurant in the Garden area plus the lounge had a great piano player.

Hotel was magnificent, we stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every moment. Bus one way into Prague centre (free for over 70s) and bus the other way to towns and villages in the countryside. Staff, cleanliness and facilities were everything you would expect from a genuine four star hotel. We will be back!!

Beautiful hotel, easily accessible by tram. Staff were lovely and buffet breakfast was delicious!
Room was quite hot & stuffy even though it was September and outside temperature was mid 20’s.

The architecture! The management still try to maintain the building inside out as it was. They try their best for a Classic decoration! Live Classical Music on the beautiful Foyer/Cafe. Super!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were super nice, especially towards our infant. On check-out we were given a bottle of wine, bottles of water for our trip back home, and a discount code for a future stay in any of their sister hotels.
Nothing to complain about.
