Wonderful
The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was spacious. Staff was always ready and able to help. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and well-stocked. The little souvenir shop by the entrance is very cute.
It was very nice that there were feedback sheets for the room cleaning service, although we only stayed one night as we were just passing through Prague.
The hotel's private parking was full, so we had to park on the street and fill out forms with our license plate, car owner, room number, signature, etc. That was rather annoying as we arrived late and just wanted to sleep, but had to go looking for a parking spot instead.
However, the hotel was taking care of any parking fees if there were any, so at least we didn't need to pay anything extra.

The staff were lovely and explained everything very well and detailed, the room was nice and clean as was the bathroom, bed was very comfy, big and had 2 covers (which was nice). overall a very pleasant stay

The rooms were really big, clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. the bar on the first floor was great.
location, far from the old town, The elevator was very slow, the wait was long. The rooftop bar is too old-fashioned.

The location
It’s so hard to contact the operator. The staff are not helpful. Maybe because i am asian they don’t care at all, i think they need to work that out just be fairly. I travel a lot, this is the only hotel that i got disappointed.
