As the overall impression of the hotel is shaped by the reception experience. Thus, I would like to sincerely thank Christine for her outstanding professionalism and warm, courteous manner at the reception. Her friendly attitude and prompt assistance created a truly welcoming experience, as she also provided us with an upgraded room and granted us late checkout, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special thanks also goes to Damir, who was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly during our stay. This experience surely encourages me to recommend the hotel to my friend.

The hotel was in a great location and with easy access to public transportation. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. Absolutely loved the view from the rooftop. Thank you too the fabulous staff, very helpful.
The only thing I think they can improve on would be to have more gluten free options as that was a disappointing during breakfast.

The stay was amazing! The interior, the location, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I asked for one deal and they did it much better and more. Lots of positive emotions and unforgettable experiences. Definitely it was one of the best hotels I’d been to. Thanks a lot for your work and efforts. You are doing a great job!

Big and tasty breakfast buffet, very kind and helpful staff and a really good location makes it a perfect hotel for multiple days in Prague. Location is around 15-20minutes away from the city center but the tram station is very close to the hotel
