Most of the Staff was dismissive when talked to specially the "Mini Bosses"
Nobody said anything about a "Voucher" needed for the gym, and was charged 5 times for me and my family members. Even though the Gym is part of the Hotel property, and has the same 1970's carpet, it is "not owned" by the hotel.. When we went to the gym, the owner said you need to pay, when I asked at the reception they said you ask for voucher. When i confront the reception about it, they never offered to reimburse the cost (about $20 it is not about the money, it's about the fact. ) not even a breakfast. I was offered little bottles of water and a $20 voucher for another of their hotel chain "experiences".
Believe me, I sencere interest or genuine concern would have changed the tone, they really did not care at all.
It became clear that it is a system set up in purpose.
The Hotel does not say anything, so the guest pay the Gym, so the gym owner don't get the bulk fee and the hotel does not pay a dime. Really cheap strategy.

Great breakfast and nice to be able to eat that outside
Check in is slow and there is no ac at all in the public areas. Pretty hot during a heat wave as ac is advertised but doesn’t really work. Booked 6 rooms and needed to take showers during the night to stay cool. Showers were nice

Best hotel breakfast ever! So much variety and it was lovely to enjoy some local Czech items. Lev and Karel at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

My executive king room was quiet, clean and pretty spacious. The staff were at the bar, restaurant and especially at the front desk/reception extremely helpful and professional. A great thanks to Angelina and Dimitry for their kindness! Unfortunately, I don't recall all the names!
Sincerely, nothing that I disliked comes to my mind. This was my third stay in Grand International Hotel and I'd been previously in other hotels in Prague. This is the best place in my opinion. I am highly satisfied in many ways!

Charm of older hotel, one of the best breakfasts, clean rooms and bathrooms
I was in contact several times with the property regarding check in and bed types of a group of 51 we were traveling with including many times on the day of check in to ensure a smooth check in for the group. This was the 4th hotel we checked into in Czechia and Austria and every other hotel was great with the list provided. Every hotel had a rooming list with home address and passport numbers and every other hotel had keys ready for check in upon arrival. We arrived very late around 11pm.(I called ahead). Upon arrival I was told they had to scan everyone’s passport and we won’t get keys until done and could take 2 hours!The Ukrainian gal at the front desk was very rude when I pushed back. After my Czech husband spoke to her in Czech and Russian she finally handed out keys so our group could go to bed for early flight. I stayed in the lobby until 1 am to get the passports which were not secured but left in a box on top of the check in area. I travel many times a year with large groups to Czechia and this was such a bad way to end an otherwise nice trip. Also it’s advertised as having ac but there really isn’t

Ot has free private parking. Also there were not much free spots in daytime. In the evening it was full. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Easy accses to the city center by tram. Nice, big hotel.
Rather poor wifi, i.e. signal would be gone every 20 or something minutes and would appear after several minutes. Maybe it was in our room, far from lobby. But during breakfast also couldnt connect to wifi. Also it was not big issue, but...
