It's a great spot, close to the castle and gardens. Most of the stuff were very kind and helpful, but seemed amateur in some cases.
The young waiter took our plate while we were still having breakfast below our arms and did not manage to have a smile during 3 days.

Great location. Just 5 mins from subway station. From the hotel you can walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge (10 mins.) Also quite close to Prague castle. Very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room is very nice and clean. Spacious too. The area is nice and quiet at night. Heard birds singing in the morning. Pleasant breakfast too. Overall an impressive experience. Will stay here again next time we come back to Prague.
