Large bedroom, bathroom had a spa bath for two plus a shower. Breakfast was superb with enough choices for all. Food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent. only 15 minutes to either the Old Town or Charles Bridge. 10 minute walk to lots of bars, shops and restaurants on quieter hotel side of river. Tram and metro stop 2 minute walk.
Sadly housekeeping were very lax at keeping coffee and milk topped up, had to keep requesting. Also the bar closes at 1100. which is a bit too early, should be at least 1200.

The location and the friendly front desk.
the room was wonderfully large and the bed great. The window to the main street however was not insulated well enough, so the noise of the city kept us from sleeping at times.

The hotel is authentic, as the old prague. Very polite staff, very clean and the location is great. They even made surprise for my B-day, hand written card together with champine ❤️

Breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of hot and cold items and baked goods. Only negative, was the limited selection of fresh fruit. Very nice dining room used for breakfast, possible to eat inside or out in garden.
I discovered that I had been charged twice for my hotel stay, the night before I was scheduled to depart. (Prepaid through booking.com, and then charged again at the hotel at check-in.) When I brought this to the attention at the front desk, a cash refund was issued promptly. Although the issue was rectified immediately, it would have been better had the hotel discovered the mistake and brought this to my attention. What would have happened if I did not discover this mistake until much later, after I had checked out and left the country?

About 10 minutes away from the castle, which has an amazing view of Prague. 5 minute walk away from the trolleys, and the street train. The room was clean, and big enough for 2 people. I recommend the Steam bath, and the jacuzzi, especially if you just came into town by train, bus or plane. Very nice staff, good breakfast, and overall a fantastic hotel to stay at.

Very nice hotel, big comfortable room, clean, excellent location, superb breakfast
All was good.
There was a small missunderstanding at the check out (I was asked to pay again; my friends were asked to pay for the wrong room and then for theirs), but it was finally sorted out.
