Good location. Great staff, especially Tom. Nice outside courtyard.
Hotel was very warm and centrally controlled air con. No tea/coffee making facilities in room .

The old style, the staff, breakfast, location.
The filter coffee had often ran out at breakfast and so had to queue for a coffee machine which did great coffee but would have preferred to just have had the coffee in the breakfast room

Everything, clean, classic decoration but most of all its the Location. Its in a quiet square and only 5 minutes to the old and new town. Its absolutely perfect and we will definitely return

Staff were amazing and front desk staff were excellent so helpful and polite. You couldn't have been more central and the hotel was spotless and the facilities were excellent.

Staff was wonderful. The rooms were small and somewhat odd shaped, but charming and very very clean. You could tell they kept up the hotel and cleaned it well while maintaining the charm of the older property/building. It was like staying in a peice of history.shared areas, bar, lobby, sitting room, and patio were all wonderful and well used by our party.

Great Location. Staff was was phenomenal especially Osmi at front desk. Loved historic interior with modern amenities. Great breakfast. Extremely clean staff constantly cleaning everywhere Having the Bank Bar right was great. Bar staff great. Great craft cocktails by Lukas. Have never felt so comfortable anywhere

Very old fashioned - in a great way! The staff were very helpful and friendly and there was free coffee and wine available all day. The location was great and the room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was well stocked and very tasty.
