We did not spend a lot of time in the room, but it looked clean in general. Location is good, very accessible to the center by multiple tram lines. Room was sufficiently warm. Very basic amenities/facilities (as you get from low price): bed, table, hanger and bathroom. There are adjacent winter sport facilities, so I assume, this hotel used to be a dormitory for those facilities. We only needed a pace to sleep so it was okay.
Walls are very thin, you an hear everything from outside, but fortunately our room was at the end of corridor so, it was quite more or less. Strange smell inside the wardrobe.

Value for money, staff, towels were clean, nearby public transportation.
Furniture, there was construction next to the building so noise started very early in the morning.
