The room was not like pictures and in old building behind the new building ( only new buildings pictures are shown in the app) , it was dirty, dusty and stinky no way a 4 star hotel building the toilet had all over hair balls and bed sheets had hair also as if it was never vacuumed or washed, room was very small and has a very small window and we were 4 girls! Incredible!
The breakfast was okay but not for 4-star hotel the plates were dirty , the staff were not nice at all only for Hassan he was the only person who smiled to us and solved our problem with the room , very amazing person

Wonderful
Decent and clean hotel near a tram stop. It was easy to get to the city. Breakfast was good and we had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was also nice.

When I entered the room, it was dirty. I informed the staff that both the room and the balcony were unclean, but they did not seem to care and never cleaned them. There were insects on the balcony, and the whole area looked filthy.
In addition, whenever I requested room service, they failed to provide it. For example, I asked for water, but it was never delivered. Instead, they constantly told me to come and get things myself. Because of these issues, I consider this a very poor hotel experience.

Clean, modern. Amazing breakfast.
AC was not working. Even though I notified the staff two times, they didn't seem to care. There was 28 degrees in the room!!
