Disappointing
It’s a good hotel basically
I chose the hotel cause of its has air conditioner. I can’t find the remote to turn it on and called the front desk. All the say just “open the window”
Uhhhh… I specifically chose “AC” so I don’t have to deals with BUGS opening the window and it’s loud noise if you open the window

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty food. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.
Honestly, there was nothing major that we didn’t like. Everything was very good and met our expectations. If we had to mention something, it would only be very minor details, such as small variations in the breakfast selection from day to day or occasional waiting times during busier hours. However, these did not affect our overall experience, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Very clean, bright and comfortable. Restaurant staff were amazing.
No aircon by default when we stayed, March. They remove the aircon remotes certain months of the year as a cost saver, so first nights stay we were melting trying to sleep. Took some effort but did get resolved. Lift was also a bit suspect selecting floors. One of the younger breakfast staff at the entrance were rude and unhelpful.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, good prices for rooms
There is parking outside just for the hotel and it is priced 400 per night which is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind paying if it is in the city centre or if it is a garage, but this is not justified price. Also the restaurant is overpriced and not so great.
