Wonderful
easy to park, variety of food for breakfast, family room with interconnecting door (two bedrooms combined into one), free drinks in the fridge.
Just a minor inconvenience: The connecting doors between two bedrooms were closed the first night, the staff helped to open the door the next day. Floor heating was not working in one room (the other room was fine). The soundproofing was OK in general, though was able to hear one noisy guest around midnight.

All the facilities are very good, friendly staff, breakfast is good, bathroom excellent, good lighting in the room and the bathroom.
The distance from the city,but the tram is just outside.
So it's not a problem,very comfortable place to stay.

The shower ? corner was very right.
We found few foreign black hair on the bedsheets.
The cleaning ladies were very loud talking in the corridor which is not good for the customers still sleeping or willing to rest.

Everything. We asked to stay in the main building to close to breakfast and the front. We were surprised by the value and modernness. It was quiet, breakfast was a greatest variety. We did not use the tram to get to the center as we liked staying in the hotel so much we didn't go out.

Paid parking. I think it is greedy to demand parking pay.
Massage was not good twice. Paying before getting massage is also weird. It’s like paying in the restaurant before eating. Fast food vibe.
Food in the restaurant was very average. Steak not good, salads are crazy big portions :)

Clean & sparkling new hotel with friendly staff especially Thalia that stood out with her care for hotel guests, lovely smile and positivity every morning for breakfast. Very convenient location close by to the Tram with an awesome restaurant with local cuisine. ?
Parking was a bit costly. Guests should get a discount especially if we spend money in the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty, adding hash-browns would be amazing. Also the Gym can use an upgrade with a TV and a few small adjustments. Besides that it was excellent!

Restaurant food and service were good which is a good thing since there are no other restaurants in the area. Size and cleanliness of room were also good.
The fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off. It ran all night long which was annoying. You have to pay for parking separately.

Of all the 4-star hotels I have visited, this one ranks among the very best.
The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with nice amenities, such as complimentary tea, coffee, and water bottles and more. The location is pristine - removed from the busiest areas but still conveniently close to the old town, with Uber rides costing only 5-7 euros each way. The staff is exceptionally kind and makes you feel genuinely welcome.
A few highlights stood out: the beds are extremely comfortable, and the hotel offers Thai massages at very competitive pricing (around 50€ for 60 minutes). Furthermore, the breakfast was one of the best I've experienced. The sheer amount of choice ensures there is something for everyone, and the attentive waiters constantly refill water glasses and keep tables clean.
There were only two minor downsides. First, the "fitness center" is minimal, consisting of just two treadmills, a bench, and some weights. The water dispenser was empty during my visit, and the room felt like a last-minute addition. Second, parking is a separate charge. While spaces are available, it costs 300 CZK per 24 hours. For a hotel in this price range, I would hope parking might be included for guests.
Despite these small issues, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable stay, excellent breakfast and gr8 facilities
No help with the luggage to assist you when you come for the first time. When you have too many suitcases we expect according to global standards to have bell boys or assisting staff. With one or two hand carry baggages it’s manageable.
I think you should look at it in the near future.
