Clean & sparkling new hotel with friendly staff especially Thalia that stood out with her care for hotel guests, lovely smile and positivity every morning for breakfast. Very convenient location close by to the Tram with an awesome restaurant with local cuisine. ?
Parking was a bit costly. Guests should get a discount especially if we spend money in the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty, adding hash-browns would be amazing. Also the Gym can use an upgrade with a TV and a few small adjustments. Besides that it was excellent!

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable — everything felt fresh and well cared for.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty and fresh options that exceeded our expectations.
We also really appreciated that the hotel stored our luggage for free, which made our last day much more convenient.
Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!
