Breakfast was the best one I have had and I have been in so many cities. The choices were varied and abundant! Catered to an all day meal perfect for different time zones. I would vome back again even just for the breakfast. The staff were so hospitable and cheerful.

Room was actually two rooms connected via door so our baby could sleep in his own room. We also got baby towels. Food was excellent, massages too, great connection to city center but still close to airport. Great fitness center.

The room was good, wide and the air-conditioning is very cold as well as the facilities were all in good condition.
It was an annex that's too far from the main building and REALLY WORST, NO ELEVATOR that wasn't indicated in their description! It's absolutely cheating! It was horrible to bring our 3 luggage one by one in a very steep stair and honestly I almost gave up that no one could help and the lady at the reception was not accommodating! She didn't offer any help and she's too selfish that she didn't even agree when I asked if I could use the push cart! She was showing bad facial expression, gosh! My mother can't help me because she's too old and my husband is big and fat so he can't do difficult things, he might be in accident! This is one of the worst hotel that we stayed here in Europe. The best hotels we stayed are in Asia and they are not expensive as here. Guys be careful with this hotel if they assigned you at the annex!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, creating a very positive atmosphere throughout my stay.
I would especially like to mention Olena from Ukraine – she was outstanding! Her warm smile, professionalism, and attentive service truly made a difference. Thank you, Olena, for making my experience even more enjoyable!
Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

Good breakfast. Small room but cosy and clean. Good for the price and a small stay. Tram right in front of the hotel
Charging station for electric vehicles is a joke, so it is just for you to know not to rely on this to charge your electric vehicle.

Very clean hotel, with nice modern rooms, albeit not very big. I appreciated the fact that they had blinds at the windows. The breakfast was good.
Quite closely located to the airport and a decent drive to the center. Not sure i would pick it again though.
It is a solid 3 stars for sure, but not 4
The staff was not very friendly, not even smiling. Pity...

Very clean and comfortable.
Bathroom needed more towel hooks and also more space to put toiletries such as cosmetics bags, etc. I had to place them on the floor.
The lighting system needs work. The only way to turn off the lights was by taking the key card out of the interior light switch. You can’t select lights if you wanted to read in bed.
No real seating places except for one person at the desk. A few arm chairs would help.
The electronic blinds kept going up and down on their own. A glitch?
Lastly, our room door handle seemed broken. It would not latch nor lock when we went to breakfast. If we were in the room it would lock but not from outside.
