The receptionists very helpful especially Nicole very helpful with also a great sense of humour and very knowledgeable. Also breakfast was amazing imo.

We got a room on level 01 which was brilliant, wonderfully high ceilings and very bright. Bathroom was very nice, modern and spacious and so was the room. The air conditioning was quiet and even though the room was on the first floor there was no noise from the street at all (and we are very sensitive to noise). Location was super convenient and seeing Kafka's rotating head sculture from the bedroom window was quite cool!
Breakfast did not meet the expectations. The food itself was well prepared (excellent croissaints) however it was quite a limited selection.

It was conveniently located for all our touristy stuff. The staff was on site and very pleasant.
The only blankets are very thick, so we were too hot.

Location for sightseeing, shops & restaurants and trams. Stairs was easy to get to room. Shower. Just across Kafka Rotating Head, which makes easy to locate. Working selection of TV channels.
Difficult to move around in room for double room, only one person can walk between bed and wall.
No space for luggage. Not clearly marked hotel, which had us walking around in front on arrival for fifteen minutes.
Blocked breakage deposit on card is almost half of daily rate. Promised to remove but the funds still only available after seven days. The latter is only mentioned on checkout. No mention of that when booking.
The hotel charged for the booking eleven months ahead despite choosing "Pay later".

Nice, centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very kind, in case I had any request they immediately helped me.
The only thing which needs improvement is the breakfast. I know it’s common in many hotels, but soap dispensers -especially in the shower- are not really fitting for a 4 stars hotel.

Good location for a good price. Great shower!
Our room was pretty bare bones. The wall at the foot of the bed was slanted/ not parallel with wall where the head board was. It was hard to get by to the other side of the bed, especially at night when the room was dark. We kept banging into the bed.
