Location close to city center, metro station and malls.
Staff was very and friendly, specially the man with bear and Liza.
The room was small then expected for a 4 star.

Th location of the hotel was amazing and easy to find I found. The hotel entrance was lovely and welcoming, a lovely warm entrance as you come in with some fresh water for you was lovely coming in from the cold and snow we had when we stayed in Prague. The properly was easy to access with lift and stairs to get out room, lovely and easy with our cases. The luggage storage is grad and such a life saver if you have a flight later in the day.

Rooms are spacious compared to most of the hotels we've been in, and cleaning personnel did a superb job. While the location is central (new town), it's not too central were all the pubs are located. We walked everywhere, didn't use the tram once. The stuff are friendly too. AC unit can be controlled to your liking.
Mattress needs replacing. TV remote needs checking, and TV stations are limited (although we didn't spend a lot of time watching TV, we did after a long day out). We had noisy neighbours on our last night, but we were lucky on the other nights with no noise. Rooms are split with boards, so you can hear quite a bit. The fan of the air conditioning unit was noisy and can wake you up at night, I think it can do better with a little bit of maintenance. We had draught coming in from the balcony's door, but the AC unit and the double curtains made up for it.

The room was comfortable and clean. The girl at the reception was polite and very helpful. She assisted us and recommended sights and places to visit. Because it was our birthday, they had a small gift waiting for us when we arrived in the room. It was so warm gesture
