Location is excellent for New Town and Old Town. Lots and lots of places to eat around the hotel.
Extremely convenient for public transport.
And the staff is warm and friendly too!

Very close to the city center
The safe and fridge was not working all our stay even I asked the reception desk to come and check but unfortunately it stayed like that for all our stay
Beside all was very good!!!
Highly recommend and I will return again

Charged me 10 euros per night for bicycle storage, but it is not a storage room, just corridor of the basement kitchen
The bath towel is obsolete

The hotel was gorgeous and rooms are big. The location is super good and central.
Staff was young and inexperienced. The cleaners start very early and are super loud. We couldn’t sleep in at all and woke up every day at 7:30.
One day, we came back to our room and it wasn’t cleaned. This is not the end of the world, but you can only get new towels if you put them on the ground. I’m not reusing towels that have been on the ground all day.

Location is excellent. The room is lovely overall, nice view of the square, facilities all fine. Clean.
Stress on booking when I received an (apparently automated) email stating that the hotel couldn't confirm the bed type (double) would be available until arrival. This seemed bizarre to me since it was just twin beds pushed together to form a double. On querying this with the hotel, they confirmed that they couldn't confirm it! A second query confirmed that of course this could be accommodated, but this was very confusing and unecessary communication.
On the bed type - it really is just two twins pushed together with a king size sheet over the top. No attempt to actually tie the bases together (so the beds DID roll apart) or to use a king size mattress protector to cover the gap. I have stayed in other hotels where double beds are formed this way much more succesfully. For the price, I think this should be done better.
