breakfast was ok, but not many choices; coffe was reeally good, location really good
the room was really bad: the door didn't fully close (was dented and the lower half was open , about 1cm view), it was very small, almost no space left besides the bed, the blankets were really small, I had to use two to be able to cover

The location was amazing. We also booked a larger room with balcony and view directly over the Kafka statue, very nice. Also soundproof room, it was a comfortable room all in, and clean. Extra pluses for Rituals products :)
The breakfast was a disaster - all of it, food selection very poor and the staff was very unfriendly. One morning there was only bread (buns) hard as stone and when this was communicated to them they clearly knew about it and made us feel very uncomfortable, how dare we say something. Such a shame. We stayed 3 nights and would therefor not return.

Excellent location – right across from two shopping malls, near the Franz Kafka rotating statue, with Charles Bridge, Old Town, and shopping streets within a 10-minute walk. Easy public transport access – close to both Green and Yellow Metro Lines. Had Air conditioning, Rituals toiletries, which give a premium feel.
the kettle wasn’t cleaned properly (leftover coffee from previous guest). Breakfast was limited, repetitive, and almost the same on both days when we stayed here. No replenishment of drinking water, no fresh towels provided during the stay. Early checkout at 11am. Rooms were very compact.

Location , room size and amenities in room , lighting was really thoughtful designer touches thru out. Super comfy bed .Even the maid service was exceptional. Breakfast superb too . Would highly recommend .

Mattress needs to be replaced. There was a big divot on one side of the bed.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed and great location to walk everywhere in The Old Town , close to convenience shops also. Really enjoyed our stay!
