Great location, quiet at night and nicely firm beds for a good sleep.
Odd room - it was clean and had some amenities but missing any kind of wall decorations or any style, also no lotion, no conditioner. The other rooms were surely much nicer than ours, we did book last minute.

The hotel has an excellent location, directly in the center of Prague, a close walking distance from all main attractions, yet the immediate surroundings are not crowded with people. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well-designed, with all the necessary amenities and equipment.

Location is very central, rooms have a good size and are comfortable and very clean. I was there during the Christmas Holidays and they did a nice gesture by gifting me with some sparkling wine and a panetone!

The staff were extremely helpful and willing to help, helped us out planing our trips
The location is exceptional it's close to historical places, a nice shopping area is nearby and the metro and tram station is few steps away.
The breakfast was less than the standard, the variety is so little, very few and unfresh food was served. and the worker there wasn't nice to us.
The room wasn't as clean as we expected.

The location is excellent. It's walk-able from the train station; just a little annoying when pulling the luggage on the cobble stones. The famous swivel head sculpture and a small shopping mall are right across the street. It has a grocery store in the bottom floor and a food court on the top floor. The hotel's location is ideal to start your walk to the Old Town because you will pass all the cool places along the way since walking is the best way to see this city. I also love the breakfast in their small cozy restaurant. Food is freshly cooked right behind the counter. The big king bed is also very comfortable. Check in and out time is an hour longer than other hotels. You can also leave your luggage in their storage after checking out. These are bonuses.
A few minor things. Bathroom needs a bottle of body lotion. 38" TV is a bit too small for the room.

Fantastic location! Tesco & other super markets across the street; and very close to Old Town & Charles Bridge. Amazing breakfast selection and LOVE that coffee drinks are made fresh a la cart (instead of from a self-serving machine).
A bit of trouble with shower head. Couldn’t make it work as a standing shower.
