The staff were extremely helpful and willing to help, helped us out planing our trips
The location is exceptional it's close to historical places, a nice shopping area is nearby and the metro and tram station is few steps away.
The breakfast was less than the standard, the variety is so little, very few and unfresh food was served. and the worker there wasn't nice to us.
The room wasn't as clean as we expected.

The location is excellent. It's walk-able from the train station; just a little annoying when pulling the luggage on the cobble stones. The famous swivel head sculpture and a small shopping mall are right across the street. It has a grocery store in the bottom floor and a food court on the top floor. The hotel's location is ideal to start your walk to the Old Town because you will pass all the cool places along the way since walking is the best way to see this city. I also love the breakfast in their small cozy restaurant. Food is freshly cooked right behind the counter. The big king bed is also very comfortable. Check in and out time is an hour longer than other hotels. You can also leave your luggage in their storage after checking out. These are bonuses.
A few minor things. Bathroom needs a bottle of body lotion. 38" TV is a bit too small for the room.

Fantastic location! Tesco & other super markets across the street; and very close to Old Town & Charles Bridge. Amazing breakfast selection and LOVE that coffee drinks are made fresh a la cart (instead of from a self-serving machine).
A bit of trouble with shower head. Couldn’t make it work as a standing shower.

Excellent location – right across from two shopping malls, near the Franz Kafka rotating statue, with Charles Bridge, Old Town, and shopping streets within a 10-minute walk. Easy public transport access – close to both Green and Yellow Metro Lines. Had Air conditioning, Rituals toiletries, which give a premium feel.
the kettle wasn’t cleaned properly (leftover coffee from previous guest). Breakfast was limited, repetitive, and almost the same on both days when we stayed here. No replenishment of drinking water, no fresh towels provided during the stay. Early checkout at 11am. Rooms were very compact.

Location , room size and amenities in room , lighting was really thoughtful designer touches thru out. Super comfy bed .Even the maid service was exceptional. Breakfast superb too . Would highly recommend .

Location- not in the full central flow of tourist traffic, so more peaceful, with easy access via foot or public transportation to anywhere you want to go. The tasteful shopping center across the square provided us with easy food options and many services, we even found good quick haircuts. The good view of the rotating Kafka statue is a unique feature if you have a room facing the square.

It was conveniently located for all our touristy stuff. The staff was on site and very pleasant.
The only blankets are very thick, so we were too hot.

Good location for a good price. Great shower!
Our room was pretty bare bones. The wall at the foot of the bed was slanted/ not parallel with wall where the head board was. It was hard to get by to the other side of the bed, especially at night when the room was dark. We kept banging into the bed.

Much larger than most. Had a refrigerator with freezer. Two burner cook top, microwave and even a dishwasher which we did not use. Free cappuccino/coffee in lobby.
Only downside was there was no thermostat in the room as it was a “smart” building but would definitely recommend a stay here!!

Great location, very clean and confortable room. Super nice staff. Attic rooms are full of charm. Hotel can keep your luggage as well. 24h reception
It was still a bit cold at night but they had already turned off the heater. An extra blanket would have been nice. Second night we tried to turn on the heater but that actually turned on the AC so we were even colder.
Was fine by us, but bedroom only had a bathtub (very big and luxurious) no over head shower, so you have to shower sitting down or take a bath
