I liked the gentle atmosphere, the decoration, and the location. All services were of a high standard. In particular, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They made our stay perfect.

The staff were attentive and fully vested in welcoming us on our five day stay. Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast included in our price is the best way to go as it's 30Euros without inclusion.

Very Good
We were greeted warmly, offered a glass of wine, check-in was smooth and fast. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beds were really great. Towels were very soft. Location is fine, underground and few tram/bus stops nearby.
Mansard (hit my head several times). Web in the room. Strange design in the hall. Haven't tried their breakfasts, but I am not sure it really should cost so much.

Hotel staff didn't give genuine advice The hotel room had lots of maintenance issues at which I reported and still haven't fixed the same with requests that I didn't get any response The hotel is not in a great location, and the surrounding neighborhood is very sketchy As well as the bed came in 2 single beds that were put close together and instead of a queen blanket there were 2 single guy blankets (which were short and uncomfortable) the bathroom came with towels the body towel was too small (at least for me)

Quiet and clean hotel and the staff who was working in the evening was very helpful with us.
The mattresses were bad and uncomfortable and the furniture took up a lot of space in the room. .
