Nice Hotel, clear and the staff is really nice. Great Breakfast and Wellness Spa services. The price is really attractive! The public transport is very near and in 15 min you are in the center of city.

I don’t like that in the room wasn’t good air conditioner, wasn’t ironing tool, wasn’t body lotion and shampoos, unfortunately wellness centre didn’t extend my expectations

It was very easy to get around Prague, the hotel is next to a metro station and bus stops. The Friday and Saturday evening live music was great fun.
It was quite warm when we visited in April but the Aircon can’t be turned on until later in the year. Our room was very hot (25 degrees), luckily the weather cooled off a bit over our stay but it wasn’t comfortable at the temperature.

It was nice stay, perfect location close to tube system, breakfast was brilliant.
Just little safe for valuables did not work, we followed the manual but didn't lock. Then air-conditioning didn't work, we couldn't switch it on, there was no manual how to control it.

Wellness center was nice, staff was kind, the room was spacious
The breakfast was a bit dull, cleaning didnt replace sheets only arranged them, and did not refill soap when was done. Thin walls, noise came in the room from outside and the thermostat did not work at all - due to seasonal changes according to the staff.

The room was spacious, nice view, very calm, very clean. Everything needed was there (except for an iron, that could be a great addition, or at least a note somewhere, if they are available at reception). people were friendly and helpful. Location is strategic for specific destinations in the city. Have not had the time to try the wellness and pool offers. Keen to try next time.
Wifi was an open network, not password protected, this is generally not good for anyone travelling for business or leisure. Breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade (smaller bowls to add marmelades and other toppings (the Muesli bowls are big and hard to find place for different ones on the table in case), also offering raw sugar should be a standard nowadays for coffee and tea drinkers. Additionally, czech bakeries offer such a fantastic variety of bread, it would be great to see that variety reflected in the breakfast. But all in all it was plenty, decent and good quality.

Price and kindness of the stuff
Parking not for free, if you book a room with wellness, only 1 hour included. Gym is not included in the price which is a pity.
I had the feeling that it was cheap, and then you pay for everything separately, so it will not be cheap.
I also think that the breakfast are is small, and food was very basic
