Nice stuff , rich breakfast, clean room, parking available , hotel very close to subway - 20 minutes to downtown from hotel exit. Thanks to Mikhayl from the reception for his supporting help. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Convenient to public transport. I liked the back porch and grassy area.
Enjoyed having a restaurant on site. Food was good, some aspects were better. Loved the cucumber lemonade. Not a lot of vegetarian or vegan healthy options. No substituting.
Room was otherwise nice, clean & enjoyed the bath.
Room smelled a little of smoke. Didn’t realize papa was under reconstruction - disappointed.
I have complex PTSD so a spa was something I needed. This wasn’t apparent until I arrived.
TV required a fee - seemed petty. Gardens small & a bit weedy. Would have enjoyed some socializing, music, dancing

The bedroom was nice, and the beddings were confortable. We really appreciated the spa facilities and the breakfast (and the Prosceco as a gift!!)
The temperature in the room was more than warm. We 25 had dergee Celsius yet with the heater tap cloased. We also really didn't like that we had to pay 22euros per night to park our car in a parking lot outside.

Really good location, across the road from the Metro station. Room was clean, warm and had all the facilities needed and was pretty modern. Staff were pleasant and accommodating when I needed to make changes. Breakfast is good, but it's super-busy most of the time.
More tables in the dining rooms at breakfast - there were just so many people it was difficult to find somewhere to sit.

Close to the metro station, clean rooms, comfortable stay. Public parking Letňany with a reasonable price is located two metro stops away and is easy and quick to reach.
Hotel parking is expensive (€21 per day). The swimming pool is very expensive and charged separately, even for babies (€10/hour). It is not clearly stated that the pool is operated by a different company, not the hotel. The same applies to the bowling alley, which is also run by another company and requires reservation at least one day in advance. Families with a baby do not have any priority at reception. Poor value for money for a hotel located on the outskirts of the city.

Even though far from downtown, so close to metro and in 15 min you are in the center
If you like calm hotel, not a good choice because they have bus tours as guests some days nine bus was there.
Gym has extra charge.
As it is big hotel with lots of guests, cleaning takes so long, you may come back from center and your room is not clean yet.

Location was amazing. Not at city center but 5 min walk to metro station very quick and cheap to reach anywhere.
Breakfast was very good. All things. I recommend adding a kind of soup.
Room was good. Clean.
The only problem for me was that the TV is not not new and do not connect to the Internet.
The air conditioning of the bathroom did not work in the first and 2nd days of our stay.

Pool, general infra was good and clean, easy to park, dog-friendly...
The staff was friendly and helpful, they were able to place us in close rooms.
Elevators were a bit too slow for the inflow of people expected during peak hours (breakfast time).

The breakfast was good.
I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past and in addition to being close to the subway and including breakfast, I also liked that there was a fitness center available without any additional fee. Unfortunately, when I arrived and wanted to go to the gym, it took me a while to find where it is now located and even though the website still says it’s for free, I was told that now you have to pay an additional fee. This was a huge disappointment to me, and I am not sure whether I will be choosing this hotel in the future. I travel to the Czech Republic almost every year and have always stayed at this hotel but the false advertisement of a free gym made me very upset. Additionally, I talked to a few different people at the front desk and one of them told me that they still offer a free gym so obviously he was not aware of this change.
