Location is very convenient, right on the metro station C which will take you anywhere within minutes, staff is professional, breakfast is massive with a huge selection of everything, make sure to ask Michael to make you a fresh omelette. Housecleaning was very good
It gets noisy on the north side if you sleep with open window, there is a hospital across the street and people like to sing. There was no bathroom fan working and to bring down the temperature of the room was to open windows

The only thing i can say they have a good breakfast and near the metro station.
The shower was broken and there is no hot water in the bathroom! You must open it and wait around 10
Mins to take a hot shower!
The room was super hot and the air conditioning is not adjusting!

The breakfast was very nice, variety of everything and enough for everyone.
Room: We booked a room for two adults and one 11-year-old child, but the room was equipped with only a queen bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed did not provide proper sleeping comfort, as it lacked a real mattress and was not equivalent to a third bed. We raised the issue with the reception, but unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful in resolving the situation.
The room was very small.
There was not a view and enough window to let the air come inside.
This room was suitable for a couple or a single person.
Receptionist: Receptionist Behavior: One of the receptionists responded very rudely when we asked if we could park outside. Instead of assisting us, he said, "You can read, right? Read the signs!" — which came across as quite disrespectful. Fortunately, another receptionist, a kind lady, later explained everything clearly and was very helpful.
If we hadn’t spoken to the helpful receptionist, we could have easily faced problems or even fines related to parking. The dismissive behavior we encountered was highly unprofessional — especially during check-in, when staff should be assisting guests and making them feel welcome. We were genuinely surprised, as we had heard many positive things about this hotel. Unfortunately, due to this single experience, we would not feel comfortable recommending it to others.

Breakfast was very good and hotel location also great only 15 min metro to the city centre
Poor AC and heating always on. Asked a member of staff and was told heating is always on until May. Only way to turn it off is leaving a window open which during the night made us sick with sore throat.
Also room service wasn’t amazing. Every day had only a set of towels left when we were 3 (including a baby). Always had to come downstairs to reception but never got the towels delivered.

Breakfast was nice, location also convenient - close to underground, so the city center is easily reachable.
The whole facility was rather a dorm, not a hotel. I mean the building is nice and fancy but a lot of students were shouting in front of our door and listening to loud music. I had to tell them to be quite because this is supposed to be a hotel where also some families with small kids are staying. Like us. There was no confrontation, they apologized but 10 minutes later another group of students arrived and did exactly the same thing. I informed the hotel reception (had to go down because the phone in the room was not working), they told me that they will send up security but obviously that didn't solve the issue on the long term.
Actually, this was my general impression: the hotel was fully booked, but was definitely not prepared to handle that amount of guests. Only 2 elevators out of 3 worked, so sometimes you had to wait for several minutes before you were able to squeeze yourself into the small elevator with a group of students.
Once the ambulance came and they could not leave the car park for like 2-3 minutes because the reception just didn't open the gate for them. And they were probably in a hurry because they had their emergency lights and sound turned on.
So taking all these into account: the hotel is not family friendly and far-far overpriced.

Room was spacious and was good. Hotel is few mins away from underground which is good. I found breakfast very good. Hotel staff is very cooperative too.
Hotel is far from old town. Though its assessable through underground but still takes around 25- 30mins to reach the destination. With small children its not that handy.
Secondly, the room temperature cannot be changed. During the day room use to become warm and A/c could not be turned on. I find that very disappointing. Hotel staff told me that this feature is closed in every room.

The large groups of students meant that it was way too noisy in the evenings/night time (doors banging, students running and making noise in the corridor etc). Management seemed to do little to control the situation. It also would have been nice to know up front (before booking) that the pool and other facilities were closed.

Easy walking distance to the metro station and nearby shops. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
There was no running water upon arrival. It was loud some mornings as there is nearby building work taking place.
Hotel is a popular choice for coach operators. The hotel is extremely busy and if you don’t time it right, you’ll have to queue to take one of three lifts. The queue for check in and check in reception is constantly rammed.
