Good location. We used a tram, a bus, and a train to go out. Staffs were extremely kind and professional.

Everything was excellent. We were greeted by Andrej at the reception who was such a polite helpful and friendly person. Room was excellent very clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Hotel is next to the metro and tram stations. The breakfast buffet is for kings:)

It is absolutely spotless and luxurious, the rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was incredible with a wide variety of choice, the staff were pleasant and you can get into the centre of Prague in 15 minutes by either tram or metro which are a 3-4 min walk from the door.
If I had to nitpick I’d say the lifts can take quite a while at times due to how busy the hotel can get.

It's near the bus stop,metro and tram. Big room and good breakfast.
The bed is hard ,the pillows are too soft and the bath too small .

We had an executive suite. Room was comfortable. They had one of the best breakfasts. Also we enjoyed very much the executive lounge, where you can stop by for a drink or snack. Conveniently located next to metro station and 4-5 stops away from the center.

the location and breakfast were excellent and good value for money, staff was very nice and attentive. Complimentary water given every day which was a huge plus
The lifts need some upgrading as it takes too much time to go up/down

The experience in the hotel was incredible from the beginning. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, they even offer us a bottle of wine and a card for discounts in the city. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing. There is a metro and a tram station just outside the hotel
