The facility is big and all so beautiful and well taken care of. The atmosphere is great with the pianist. The breakfast was so delicious, I so wanna go back.
The best was the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, and it was the highlight of our stay here. The staff was kind and willing to help, and the room was comfortable and clean.
The area is not particularly beautiful, but it's very well-connected by public transport and completely safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Don Giovanni Hotel in Prague. While it’s a bit removed from the main tourist sights, the location was still incredibly convenient—just steps away from metro and bus stations, which made getting around the city easy and efficient.
We stayed in a family room with two adults, two kids, and our dog, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked. Great value for what we paid.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff offered excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and spoke English. One huge bonus: the hotel was impressively quiet, which made it easy to relax and rest.
We enjoyed strong Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. While the mini fridge was fully stocked as a minibar (so not much space for personal use), it was still a nice touch.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight—tons of variety and everything we tried was delicious. We also enjoyed the spa on the top floor, and the kids loved the giant chess set by reception.
They are also pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was the lack of nearby green space for dogs—both green spots on the map turned out to be cemeteries.

We stayed at the Don Giovanni Hotel Prague as a family and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome - friendly smiles, quick check-in, and even a small treat for our child. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was ideal - just steps from the metro, so we could reach the city centre in minutes, yet the area was peaceful at night. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge selection and something for everyone, even picky eaters.
We also enjoyed the cosy bar with live piano music in the evenings - a lovely touch after a day of exploring Prague. The hotel perfectly combines comfort, great service, and family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel is about 10 to 15 min by metro, very easy access to the centre of the city. Very spacious space, it is not often that we take such a big place, but it was very nice.
Laud lobby, it is expected for this size hotel but it is laud in the public places.

Everything was perfect. Great location, very welcome staff. Near the hotel is the tram/bus and Metro. Only 6 metro stations from the city center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing ?. I will come again for sure.

Large, still spacious hotel with a special atmosphere, little farther away from Prague center but easily accessible by public transport. Rich buffet breakfast. Good value for money accommodation - we even got a free upgrade for a junior suite, appreciated.

Disappointing
The location is average, rather far form city center, extra costs for taxi at the arrival.
The most disappointing part is that anything which is not basic (i.e. room) is for an extra cost, you are already paying an extremely high fee for what it is and they are asking an extra for everything! 20 euros for 2 hours SPA! Absolutely inadmissible!
