Although the hotel is situated a wee bit out of the main thoroughfare the metro is just round the corner. Alberto, the concierge on duty when we arrived was magnificent. He talked us through how to get the best priced metro/bus/tram tickets. Guided us as to the metro line to use. Helped us find the restaurant we had booked for our first night. He is a real people person.
Breakfast was really good with something for everyone. Nice touch having a pianist play.

Why do we have to pay for the parking when we are already paying enough for the hotel. It should be free for guests.

Comfortable, friendly staff, present for the kids and welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Also plenty of water was provided free of charge.
Far too expensive for a family room - and when booking I was under the impression that use of the spa was included in the price.

The hotel is clean and classy . Hospitable and friendly staff. As a solo female traveller , I felt safe . The service and the food was exceptional . The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect for solo traveling . Navigating the city was easy . The staff were hospitable and made my stay memorable. I will be back again!

The room was a good size, pretty quiet and breakfast was amazing. The hotel was generally very nice with played piano morning and evening. Excellent public transport as we were a bit nervous about being out of town but didn't need to be. Food & drink was a fair price and service was great.
The room was a little dated and the en-suite particularly. They do need to revamp these as ours was smelling and cracked pan. Sadly the room service didn't always replenish and we had to go get stuff from reception. Non milk! No USB so charging kit was an issue. Our room was generally quiet but I think it must have been close to the washing machine because all night I listens to the hum of machines washing and spinning. The reception, although very nice and friendly didn't give much info even to the point of standing in the lift wondering why it didn't work until someone pointed that we had to use our room pass. Even though I asked about the wellbeing I was directed across the road to the fitness centre and didn't discover the 12th floor until the last day.

Such a lovely hotel, warm welcome. Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast quality and variety and a lovely atmosphere. Easy raach to old town on the metro. This was a birthday treat and staying here was fantastic.
The room was incredibly hot, even with window open however staff very kindly offered a fan

Nice hotel, comfortable, clean, safe garage parking, close to the metro, friendly staff, very good breakfast. appreciated the upgrade. Good value for money at the time, got a welcome bottle of sparkling wine and each day complimentary bottles of water. Also appreciated the covered outside area for smokers.

Clean and spacious. Great breakfast. The staff were really amazing. We had an incident and Andrej was exceptionally good. He needs a gold medal for his assistance, calmness and support when we were all in shock. Thanks to him for all his efforts.
