The hotel is so clean, comfortable, stylish, and friendly. The views are good. It’s straight in front of you when you arrive by metro, so easy to find. The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The beds very comfortable. The staff helpful.

Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options, beds were very comfy. Bathroom could be cleaner and the jacuzzi is a bit of a lie - you have to pay 20 euros/hour, but at least the staff was kind and assertive.
Way too expensive for what it offers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was convenient. We appreciated the live music and even the pleasant background music in the lift. The hotel also offers underground parking for €15 per day and complimentary water refills. Breakfast was very good, and we also enjoyed the welcome wine offered at check-in.

Limited parking, but we managed to make it. Nice interior. Good breakfast. Metro station just next to the hotel and you're in the city centre in 15 mins. As a guest you get discount to local attractions.
Lift were pretty busy, as the building is quite high, so had to wait 5-10min sometimes to go up/down. If you are on the lower floor it's better to use staircase.

We loved the spa area.. when we booked executive room, we had complimentary executive lounge. Free drinks snacks and sandwiches, fruit etc Public transport 2 min walk, loved the piano being played and amazing staff. Everything 5 star

Super breakfast, very good room, big and beds were comfort. It is far from center but access to busses, metros and trains is couple of steps near the hotel's door.
Some times you need to wait longer for the lift to go up or down.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Larger rooms than normal for European hotels. Had shampoo n conditioner. Good blow dryer and well positioned in bathroom as well
The only thing missing as most guests are over 50 would be a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
