Wonderful
The convenience of having the Metro on your door step as well as a bus terminus and tram stops. The picture on the website is exactly what you see on entry. There is a pianist playing at selected times during the day and although it is not my first choice of music it is very relaxing while either passing through or having a drink from the bar.
Slow lifts as mentioned before, however no major delays. Bathrooms could be brighter though this is the energy saving world we live in now so it is no fault of the hotel.

Breakfast is above any expectations. A lot to choose, all possible preferences are counted, from kid's buffet to low calories and vegan menu. The staff is really friendly and ready to help 24/7. I also like location very much. it's not in the center of the city, full of tourists and noise. But the metro station is 200 m from the hotel and it's a Green Line, so all historical attractions are at this line. You can travel without line changing to the other side of the city and easily come back at the moment you are tired. this is not my first stay in Don Giovanni and I am fully satisfied with everything. What I also like is that through these years the Hotel itself didn't change in terms of services, food and hospitality.

Disappointing
The inside of the hotel area but the room was not good at all.
Two single beds were coming apart. The room was very basic nothing like the photos. The bathtub was also a shower. Very tight car park space and paid extra for it. Very expensive.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff and customer care. Right next to the tram and the metro stop. they gave us an upgraded room and a small gift. We really appreciate it. Breakfast is very good with so many salty and sweet alternatives.
The elevator is stopping in every floor which makes the rides a bit longer and annoying .

The food was very good. We especially enjoyed the evening buffet - great selection. The pianist playing on the baby grand piano was lovely. The atmosphere in the bar was relaxed and friendly. The complimentary water, wine and souvenir was a nice touch. The location was excellent, one minute from the underground - public transport is excellent!
The lifts were sometimes busy.

Nice rooms, breakfast is great. Close to the metro where you can hop on every 10 minutes for a 10 minute ride to the old town
From 4 Elevators only 3 were working, so in high traffic time there was a long waiting time.
