I had a wonderful experience thanks to Mandana at the reception. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from the very first moment. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the reception staff were magnificent and the breakfast was outstanding. The location of the hotel seems to be a little remote, but there are bus stops, tram stops and a metro station right outside. The local transport system is very effective and with the metro running every few minutes it took us around 15 mins to get to the old town and was never a problem.
The lift system is woefully inadequate. It is a big hotel with 12 floors and there are only 4 lifts, (one of which was under repair). We were on the 6th floor but still chose to use the stairs most of the time. The bar prices are far too expensive, so much so that it basically forces you to go elsewhere to drink..

It is so beautiful and comfortable. It is right next to a tram and metro station so great transport links.
The lifts can get very busy as there are 12 floors and only 3 lifts were working

The luxury rooms were great and the executive lounge was an extra feature. Shops opposite and metro literally next door. With bus stop outside. Great stay!!

Extremely clean & beautiful hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food & cocktails. The piano performances were brilliant. Good location too, right beside public transportation

Bit outside from center, but direct over green metro line so super easy access everywhere. Very good restaurants near by like 'fork and knife' or 'meatery'. Breakfast in Hotel 10 out of 10. Welcoming gift for kids and adults was nice surprise.

Excellent staff at the lobby, check in and room cleaning. The bar staff were very attentive in the evening.
The room was not quite what we were expecting for an "executive room" and would benefit from a table with two chairs as opposed to a lounger which we never used.

I was satisfied with our stay as mentioned above, but some minor feedback for future improvement:
1. We had two twin blankets for one queen bed. Would be nice to have a queen size blanket.
2. The location is super close to the metro, but not walkable to any landmarks, however it is 10 minutes by metro to go to the old town.

The room was amazing and had everything (and more) we needed for our stay. The restaurant was incredible- beautiful food and fantastic service. Breakfast buffet was just what we needed with a huge variety
No faults, from check in to check out, we had a great stay with great hospitality
