Fantastic stay! Excellent location with metro just a 2-minute walk away and tram 26 right in front taking you directly to the city center. Beautiful views from the upper floors, and the area felt safe and quiet, even at night. Breakfast was truly outstanding—the best I've experienced, even compared to 5-star hotels. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with thoughtful extras like complimentary champagne, water, minibar, kettle, and coffee. Loved the relaxing piano music in the lobby and the cozy bar area.
The only minor issue was the elevator waiting time.

It's probably the best hotel in Prague considering value for money you are getting.
Slept very well and enjoyed every minute there.
Executive lounge is fantastic, food is great, personnel is helpful. All around I am not booking another hotel when in Prague ever in the future.
Can't say I didn't like something, it's more like there are small details that would have made the stay better specifically to us.
1. A shelter outside- A roof to hide from rain in the restaurant on the ground floor and in the executive lounge terrace.
2. Child proof cutlery- plastic knives were available, but could not find a spoon or fork.

Would have been the pinnacle of hotels in its day, still quite nice for the most part in 2025. Breakfast was very good too.
Got woken up by extremely loud maintenance work in the room next door, albeit at 10am. Could have been given some notice. Yelled at workers and it stopped.

Location, the cleaning lady and the breakfast. We stayed in rooms 566 and 568 from 03-07/07
The lifts were not synchronized, several times we found ourselves going up and down between levels. For a supposedly 4 star hotel the tables and chairs in the restaurant were run down , wobbly, cracked. The rooms were very plain like a travelodge type, old worn out bathroom seats and bathtubs

Staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely kindl. Going above and beyond, best service I've had on my trips. Hotel was really clean, beautiful and had great breakfast options. Great location, 10-15m away with metro.

The near surrounding of the hotel may not be the most beautiful part of Prague, but its on tram, bus and metro and you can easily get everywhere in a few minutes by public transport (its metro A line to the airport and old town btw). We got huge executive room (free upgrade) with a wonderful view. The beds were large and super comfortable. The night was calm and refreshing. The best part of our stay was however the breakfast. The dining premises were spacious, the choice of food was good, but everything had some "extra" part you seldom find in hotels of this price level. You name it - free prosecco, international hard cheeses, fresh bakery (not only supermarket style), ice cream...come on, there was even a live piano music during the breakfast ! When we checked out, as it was hot outside, we were offered a free bottle of water. Just wow, one of the best hotels I have ever visited.
I dont know, really....maybe waiting time for elevators was worse than avarage, but taking into consideration the other advantages, who would care ? :)

I have to say this is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in, and we do travel a lot. The exceptional service started at check in with a very pleasant member of staff. this service carried on throughout of stay in all areas of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, just a few miles away from the main hussle and bussel and you have the metro and trams right outside, which only takes 10 minutes to the old town.
