Very Good
This is an excellent hotel that oozes style and luxury. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast is very good with a good selection of hot food - three types of eggs, three types of sausage, bacon, has browns and beans. It is all freshly prepared and tasty. There is also an excellent cold meats and cheeses selection and a large selection of breads and cakes. There is also a buffet style evening dinner and a separate restaurant on site, although we didn't use them.
The location is out of the main Prague centre but it only takes approx 10 mins on the metro and the station is literally outside the hotel. There are also tram and bus stops on the doorstep if you prefer.
The staff are all helpful and friendly and there are lots of extra touches like the pianist playing in the lobby.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
The cleaners didn't take away dirty plates one day and also forgot to give us clean cups.

I loved everything about this hotel. Is clean, fancy, super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so many variety. The restaurant inside is so good. It has parking and very close to the train.

The hotel is in a very good location, near a metro station.

Excellent choice for breakfast. Great transport links making getting to city centre easy. Executive suite was a great space with fabulous views from the roof top terrace. Great quality on site gift shop. Spa was great. Complimentary wine on arrival and Complimentary water in room was a nice touch. The mini bar was well stocked and reasonably priced.
Needed more pillows. Could have done with ironing facilities in room.

Wonderful hotel, the lobby, the bar, everything was amazing. The rooms were clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable with high quality mattresses. The breakfast was rich and delicious, so we were fully satisfied with all the hotel services. During the check-out we got a little surprise as well ! :) The staff was very helpful and the location was simply perfect - directly at the metro station :)

The hotel is a fantastic venue; it offers everything you need and more. On arrival we received a complimentary bottle of wine and the room was equipped with all the necessities including complimentary bottled water which was restocked daily. The beds are comfortable, with good closet space, a desk, television, safe and a functional bathroom with basin, toilet, shower bath and a handy washing line you can use over the bath for drying clothes.
The spa facilities on the 12th floor are also great value for money. 500CZK for use of the spa for 2 hours is well worth it; sauna, steam room, cold showers, hot tub and great views of the city. Massages are available too at an extra cost and were very friendly and professional.
The breakfast buffer is absolutely fantastic and offers a huge variety, all freshly cooked and presented amazingly. The pianist in the morning is not to be ignored and the musical talent in the evening to add a chilled vibe to the bar is also a nice touch. Hotel bar prices are significantly more expensive than that of local establishments.
Whilst the main portions of the hotel are modernised, the rooms are slightly dated. This by no means reduces the functionality of the room, far from it, but for that extra point on the score it would be nice to see some modern touches to the rooms away from the varnished wood and woodchip walls.
The hotel also serves lots of large groups (presumably coach trips), and given there are only three lifts to serve the whole hotel there can sometimes be a significant wait time of around 10 to 15 minutes to get in a lift when these groups arrive/ depart. There is also a short delay to getting to breakfast using the lifts too, you should allow give five minutes extra when wanting to head down.
