Exceptional value for money.
Great breakfast. Multiple options.
Very near the train, tram and bus. This makes it easy to move about.
A large supermarket and a huge gym are less than 100 metres away. As a hotel guest, you have a complimentary pass to the gym. Very thoughtful of the hotel.
Great room size.
Exceptional dinner buffet at EUR 25 per person. Excellent value for money.
Very thoughtful room design.
The hotel is not in the city center. We knew this while booking. It is not concealed information.
They did not have a double bed. This too is information that was disclosed and we aware of at the time of booking.

It’s clean, the rooms are spacious , wonderful breakfast
There wasn’t enough parking space . We had to park a distance away from the hotel .

Everything about the stay was great except the shower. The water pressure was very poor, and the shower had to be on for 3-5 minutes before it ran hot.

Hotel was clean, reception staff were exceptional, just overall great experience. Breakfast should get its own praise as it was remarkable.
cleaning staff was a bit weird since I was for example in the shower, the was already cleaned that day and they just said cleaning and wanted to come in? pretty weird but other than that all was good.

Everything was great, staff is extremely kind and helpful, rooms are spacious enough, a great view from the room and breakfast is excellent.

clean
I expect a hotel in the valleys of the Alp/Dolomites etc to be out of date, not a one in the city. Apart from the carpets from the 80s' there were NO USB points for charging.... OK, USB C may be asking too much but a USB A? Asked at reception - no charges... 'you could walk 15 mins down the road to find a shop" was the comment - at 7.20pm ....
