Room was fine but pillows too soft and the single duvet thing is NOT OK for people from UK tbh. It's wierd. I am at another hotel now in your group in Brno and the bed is way more comfortable with a proper double duvet. Check in advance what guests would prefer then deliver it.
The spa was downright disgusting. Dirty. Broken sauna. The steam room smelt of of pet hamster cage or a pet shop. Really really rank. I can't believe you charge for it!! The outside of the hotel and the downstairs area stank of bad drains.

Everything was absolutely perfect! While the hotel is slightly outside the city center, it’s actually a big advantage. With the metro, bus, and tram right next to the hotel, getting around is incredibly easy, and you can enjoy a peaceful stay away from the noise and crowds of the center. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, easily one of the best I’ve had. The spa is also highly recommended, with very reasonable prices for the quality offered. I will definitely be coming back every time!

The extra charge for parking. Parking should be included for hotel guests.

Location, facilities, personel, professionalism. We had a small accident and the staff solved it immediately. Very good breakfast, good dinner too. Exactly outside a metro station can be found. Underground parking too.
Carpet in the rooms, it is time to remove it during 2026. It is totally a dirty thing and we don't even want to step on it. Many people don't want it at all due to hygiene reasons.
Very dry, you need water the whole time :)

Excellent service, especially from the guest relations manager, cleaning staff and waitresses. Welcome drinks for coming in.
Beautiful piano music in the evening.
Great breakfast and really comfy beds and accomodations.
Would have loved in all 4 elevators were operational (2 were out of order), as sometimes it would get crowdy. But even with that, we didnt have an issue.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We really enjoyed our visit!
