The staff were very helpful and professional.The room was spacious and comfortable . It was very close to public transport and breakfast was delicious. We also had a couple of meals in the restaurant which were lovely.

Great location, just a 2-minute walk from the metro, which takes you to the Old Town in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, well-equipped, and more spacious than the average hotel room. The breakfast was excellent.
We'd love to stay here again.

The breakfast, proximity to public transport and a Lidl, good restaurants nearby, quiet rooms, presence of a bathtub, the bar area was nice with live piano music.

It had a comfortable bed.
I paid over £300 for a room for one night, it was totally average, was told I had to pay extra to use the hot tub, breakfast was ok, nothing special and pretty much geared towards meat eaters, I'm veggie. The staff were polite but not overly friendly, all in all I've had better, cheaper stays in Premier Inn's, it was certainly not worth the money.

Location - far enough to avoid crowds, and close enough to reach the center in 10 mins. Excellent public transport - metro, tram and bus literally on the doorstep.
- Rooms - the executive version was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked exactly as it should.
- Breakfast - everything fresh, a wide selection, and a fast service.
Wi-Fi - if you remember the 90s with dial-up access and unstable connections, you can "enjoy" similar experience here.
- Stuff - the MAJOR disappointment:
i) I parked outside and one day after 8 PM a receptionist called me requesting to remove my car. I refused, saying it was a late evening and I already had some beer. They insisted anyway in a rude manner. I eventually did.
ii) On the other day the reception called me in the morning to... move my car again! Apparently the place they showed me the previous night was no longer good.
iii) In general when interacting with the reception staff, I felt like an applicant, not as a guest. A bunch of indifferent and bored teenagers with no interest in doing their job right.
iv) One morning when leaving the bathroom, my mom walked into a stranger standing in her room. He spoke little English and pretended to be "a technician". I called the reception desk - they had no record of sending anyone to my mom's room.
v) Not enough? When checking out, they claimed I drank a wine from the minibar. When I denied it, I was bluntly suggested I had stolen it... After a dispute I was finally let go, but before I was made to certify a written statement, I hadn't had anything from the minibar!

Loved this place a lot. Good and secure parking and close to a metro for getting to the centre (approx 7 mins on tube)
