Amazing breakfast spread. The collection of desserts in breakfast was staggering. They had a cute children's corner in the breakfast area which included ice cream, so the kids were overjoyed. The building itself is very impressive and the public transport access is magnficient,with bus, tram and metro stops right outside the hotel within 2 minutes walk.

The bar was struggling to keep up with how busy it got on our first night there.
Breakfast was a little hectic - due to the amount of people.

It was clean.
The metro was pretty close and easy to access the center.
Not all of the staff were helpful. We had a check in with a young man that was barely answering questions, let alone being welcoming.
The breakfast was way too over advertised. At best it was decent.

Very nice hotel, breakfast is until quite late in the morning which is great. Clean, professional staff and overal very good.
We where in room 816 and the shower head could only be placed vertically. It was very difficult to shower.

It is a very nice and well equipped property. We have stayed here several times. The restaurant is pretty good.
The parking is difficult even with a reservation, although we do always book it because it has an underground parking. I do feel it is a bit expensive, however.

Room was lovely and the breakfast was very good. The bar area is reasonably priced. We got a bottle of prosecco on arrival which was a nice touch. Very comfortable air con was good. Beautiful hotel on the inside. Would be nice if there was more outdoor seating without having to buy a drink
Just one or two things was you needed a deposit for the pool table and to pay for it which is fine we just had no cash. Reception was okay. Cleaners were great very nice and great with our room. Wifi was quite poor.

The breakfast was superb.
quite busy, though not an issue.
oh, and be careful with the underground parking entrance, the passage is so narrow, but manageable
