Dealing with the staff was excellent. I had a issue with the booking and Martina was very helpful in helping me and my party of 6 people out. We shall back to the hotel for sure. Thank you Martina for your assistance. :)
An issue with a reduction in room rates from when we paid 3 days previously. (40% Drop!) This issue was resolved with Martina who gave us an upgrade, plus some other compliments for the duration of our stay for our group of 6 people. Thank you again!

An iconic hotel in Prague. Its greatest glory may already be behind it, but it still has plenty to offer. I had an exceptionally spacious room. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious food. Friendly housekeeping staff who aren’t afraid to say hello. A pleasant atmosphere.
Some of the facilities are no longer in perfect condition—the age shows, but it’s not a downside.

Great Experience with our stay at Don Giovanni. The staff was very friendly and spoiled us with lot of goodies. The city center and main railway station is reachable by a direct tram. I would definitely recommend stay at Don Giovanni :)

Hotel is visibly old, but the staff was really exceptional and it felt like everything was really taken care off. We got wine bottle as a gift when we arrived and then later a nice congratulations note for my birthday. Our room was spacious and it was comfortable. Breakfast was really nice with good selection of different foods and prosseco.
