From the moment we arrived the staff were lovely and friendly. Lovely bottle of prosecco on arrival from reception! Beautiful room with bathrobes and slippers and a very comfortable big bed.
Shower was really good too, great water pressure and lovely shampoo and conditioner.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety from cereals to pastries to pancakes to a full fry, Teas and coffees too!
We also had access to the executive lounge, it was beautiful! Lovely sandwiches, drinks like tea, coffee, beer, wine and prosecco. Lovely kids area downstairs and a lovely area outside to see the views from the hotel.
When leaving today we were given bottles of water for our trip home which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful
Nice rooms, very friendly and obliging staff to, use of gym across the road. Good local pubs and restaurants nearby.
A bit far from old town, but very good transport links.

The hotel itself was very relaxing, very near the metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable bed.shower was good and powerful. Staff were friendly.
The breakfast buffet ,while there was plenty variety the food was not very hot . I am fussy anyway but it wasn't the highlight for me. Also not much selection of beers and the Guinness was awful but not the hotels fault I'm sure.

Clean and spacious room with extremely comfortable bed. Excellent executive lounge and outstanding breakfast included in rate. Room had great view but also very quiet. We were so pleased that we booked it again for the next time we are in Prague. Easy short walk to Metro or tram into Old Town in 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
Internet seemed rather weak.

A very warm welcome, location, spacious Room, very clean, ambiance, breakfast buffet has a great selection and the bottomless champagne at breakfast . Everything was perfect

Really good breakfast choices and free prosecco, lovely reception staff, close proximity public transport (metro, trams)
Outdated rooms, fake deal promotions, little English language skills, overpriced as outdated, some staff were not nice , our room was cleaned really badly.

The location next to the metro is really good for getting into the old town. The staff on reception were helpful and the breakfast is really good. Rooms were really clean and the beds were comfy
There's not much to not like, but small things like having only 3 coat hangers in the room for 2 people. The bathroom towels are small.

The hotel felt very grand and upscale. The location was perfect for us, it was away from the tourist area but very close to the metro which made it perfect for is. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a vast array of pastries, cakes, cheeses, meats and a full cooked section. The coffee was delicious. We had cocktails and beers in the bar which were delicious also.
The price of the drinks was high compared to other places.
