The staff was very nice and smiley. Happy to answer all my questions and also we got complimentary wine, water and magnet.
The breakfast was one of the best in comparison to other hotels, large option of food and lovely coffee. Well done.

Check in lady was fabulous. Very friendly and happy. Generous sized room which was spotless. Breakfasts were excellent value for money catering to every dietary requirement. Located 3 or 4 stops from Old Town centre but the metro station is right next door. You don't even have to cross the road.

Great and very helpful staff, cozy and quite clean rooms. Pleasant ambiente. Nice gesture with wine upon arrival.
There was some carpet exchange on our floor which made a lot of noise and dust. Rather expensive guest parking (ca. 15 EUR/night).

Main metro line right next to the hotel so you are in the city center in 10minutes, good breakfast, nice big rooms.
Only minor inconvenience is only two elevators are working due to renovation so you need to wait a bit longer

We stayed to attended chess tournaments. Front desk very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous. Spa was nice, location bit far from the city but there’s local restaurants and Lidl across the hotel which is convenient.
Elevator take sometimes but we stayed on the 3rd floor. Good for daily exercise :)

The Atmosphere is wonderful, from the moment you step inside. Live piano music, the statue of W.A.Mozart, now the Easter decorations make it a Wonderland for children of all ages.
We like the perfect proffesionality of the staff, especially Mr. Ivan, with his nice english sence of humor.
There is nothing, what we would not like :-)
