Close to transportation
The hotel advertise as having sauna and steam room. However, they charge additional fee for this service. It is mentioned on the fine print on the reservation. Great breakfast

- For the buffet there are no drinks, not even water. We paid for two bottles of water and spent 75 euro…very high price for not even including water.
- Around 11pm the room smelled like a toilet from sewage within the pipes. We closed the drain in the tub and sink. By time we returned from breakfast it was worse.
- The advertising of the room seemed to be spectacular but it was far from.

Location and Stay
Breakfast. It had Zero Vegatarian options. Except Tomatoes and cucumber and fruits. It was really sad to see such a big hotel and ZERO options for Vegetarians on all three days. Menu remained the same all three days. It was really boring experience for us

The hotel offered complimentary water bottles in the room and at departure.
I would have appreciated a toothbrush with the toiletries. There was a constant noise all the time coming from the outside, from the internal patio, it had to be some kind of machinery.

It is really something and a wonderful 4* hotel. I received a free room upgrade because my flight was cancelled, the staff rooms, breakfast all amazing, with a great touch to classical music. Mozart decorations and piano player in the lobby. Really special, I would recommend it for even a longer stay!

The hotel has a good location and easy access to the city's main attractions. A pleasant atmosphere is created by pianists playing music in the mornings and evenings.

Overall great stay at a great location. Very close to the metro where you can get to the old town and city centre within 15 minutes. Very good breakfast buffet choices even for vegetarians given lack of options in most european hotels. Free water bottles refreshed everyday in the room was a plus. And friendly staff were the icing on the cake

Breakfast had an amazing variety of items also for people with food restriction's and a kids corner
The dining restaurant was closed for a month, so the all included buffet offer was not available. Still a la carte food was splendid
