Firstly, accessibility: the hotel is at a stone’s throw from public means of transport. Secondly, it offers paid parking options in an underground garage. Thirdly, the staff’s conduct is impressively adequate for a self-respected hotel. Fourthly, security: one needs the hotel room card for having the elevator move. Last but not least, the facilities, the abundant breakfast, the communication with the hotel staff prior to the arrival.

Not only do I have nothing to complain about, but the hotel really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and nice as possible. The rooms were clean, there were lots of amenities and breakfast buffet had a lot of options (including a fun kids corner and a corner with vegan, gluten- and lactose-free food). It’s also easy to park your car (hotel staff also offered to help us with parking) and the hotel is near the metro and trams. The bar downstairs is also a really nice place to have a drink and listen to live music in the evening.
What I liked even more was the extra service that was provided. We even got a gift for each room that we booked after we checked in. The staff were really friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Also, another hotel guest scratched our car in the parking lot, which was unfortunate, but the staff/receptionist was incredibly helpful and the situation was handled quickly and well. Then after checking out, they even offered us bottles of water for our trip back home. Exceptional service that was not expected for this price, but really appreciated!
