Great location. Far enough from the city centre to enjoy quiet evenings, but still close enough to be able to get to Old Town in 15mins by metro.
The music in the Teatro during breakfast was slightly too loud.

A lovely hotel with incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. The location is excellent - just two minutes from both tram and Metro station. And the breakfast buffet has huge and delicious offer for everyone taste. And ofcourse the pianists at the lobby added a special, elegant touch to the atmosphere.

The hotel totally exceeded our expectations. We loved the room, which was really nicely large. Breakfasts were delicious with a huge choice and a very chilled no rush vibe. We had cocktails a couple of times and they were lovely and the staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The location was perfect for us because local transport, especially the metro was so very cheap and clean and efficient and just round the corner from the hotel.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel. The only problem we had was with the booking through booking.com, it was difficult to change the booking easily through the app

The location was great, right next to the tram, bus and metro stops. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff were lovely and friendly.

It was clean and near the metro
None of the staff was nice nor did they ever smile once. They always acted bothered by you when you asked them something. The shower didn't drain. The housekeeping purposely turned off the air conditioner when we left for the day to save electricity amd our room was always hot. They don't let the room cool down at night and even with our air conditioning was set to 58 degrees at night it never got cold. No bathroom fans so it was always steamy and muggy. Vibe at breakfast was bad no one smiled or was nice.
