Beautiful hotel. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and very helpful
For us the location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, trams and buses.
The pillows were a little bit lumpy and the mattress very firm. Which made it a little uncomfortable for us. But that is more a reflection of our age than the bed.

Being upgraded to executive was very nice. Staff extraordinary at all levels. Good location, well communicated by Metro. Room was nice
Views interesting but not fantastic views of Praha, but it was fine. No dislikes beyond repetitive pictures of Amadeus movie. More Mozart himself or Don Giovanni better.

Excellent breakfast, room, we traveled with baby. One of the top hotels in Prague.
From minus - gym is outside the building and kids not allowed.

We traveled with two families and the dog and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms themselves are clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is varied (omelet, eggs, pancakes, etc.), I liked that prosecco is served for breakfast :) The location is good, metro/bus stations are near the hotel. We did not notice any negative experiences.

A great breakfast with a wide selection. There were also gluten-free options available.
There could be more parking spaces, because we couldn't find any. Luckily, there was a spot on the street, and it happened to be a free parking day.

The hotel was exceptional, I would have expected to have paid much more than the price offered. The room was spacious with tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was very extensive and all good quality - so good I have put weight on. The restaurant in the evening was value for the price although the main course options were not overly inspired, starters and afters were quite the opposite very tasty. The public areas were very comfortable and tidy. Our flight was late evening, no problem they looked after our cases. Overall Highly recommended and whilst a bit outside the interesting main aereas of Prague the tube is about 30 metres away from the entrance and a 3 day ticket to all public transport is 14.5 euros The A line takes you to all the sights If going again would 100% stay again. Oh forgot the staff, they were great e.g. 11pm asked for T bags and whitener and housekkeeping delivered them to the room inside 10 min

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Don Giovanni Prague, which truly exceeded our expectations.
From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in, which set the tone for the entire experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. From the higher floors, we especially enjoyed a beautiful view over Prague, which added an extra touch to our stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast rich, varied, and of excellent quality, with plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel also offers a garage for parking. While it comes at an additional cost, it provides great peace of mind and convenience, especially when traveling by car.
Another big advantage is the proximity to the Prague Metro, which takes you quickly and easily to the very center of Prague.
Overall, everything from service to comfort and amenities was at a very high level. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The hotel is really nice, we got a room upgrade to a suite. And even late checkout was possible.
Breakfast was really excellent, with a lot of options, and there is even a special lactose and gluten-free section.
It is a bit outside of the city center but there are metro and tram stops in front so it is very well connected with the city center and also the airport.
