I got a special gift because I had a long stay. They were very friendly and helpful - even helping with smaller change when the ATM gave me a single note of currency. It is a beautiful hotel and I loved the musicians playing piano at the bar every day!

This was one of our most enjoyable hotel stays in Europe. We really enjoyed the staff, the fun atmosphere of the hotel, and the food. The buffet breakfast in the morning was incredible. The location was perfect for going into Old Town and exploring Prague.
The beds were a little hard, but were still overall comfortable. I think that's just a European vs. American thing. There is nothing else we didn't like.

Location was great for Metro Trams and Bus,s all 2 minute walk from entrance. Room was very roomy.
Wi-Fi very poor , Bar expensive and awful beer, Coffee and tea maker in room, but no milk. Piano playing all the time too much.

Good size room . The hotel is not in the center but is on the metro line . Live music morning and evening in the reception/bar area . A good food court one metro stop away at Flora .
The buffet food was a bit dull .

The hotel was very nice! Staff very attentive and room quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied with local surprises and great continental classics. Overall, the stay has been amazing and the hotel feels like a mini town with different services and rooms like restaurants, bars, saunas, game room and even a tobacco shop and a ticket machine (for buses and trams).
Honestly nothing - only thing is that the hotel is not super central but still very close and well connected. There is a bus station and a metro station just outside.
