We enjoyed the breakfast especially. There were lactose free and gluten free options, which are rare in other places. The room was very clean and the staff was really kind. Overall we had a really great experience

My family and l stayed at this hotel during a chess event. It is one of the best hotel. The best thing about it was the service from the staff. Most of them were very kind, helpful, and understanding, especially the reception team. A special thanks to Martina. The staff really tried their best to give guests great service. I also want to thank the Prague chess team for choosing this hotel for the event.

The hotel was great, even better than my expectations! The check-in was handled by the lovely and friendly Tomas. He was quick, professional, smiling, and very helpful. He gave me all the necessary information about the hotel.
Marcela and Martin were also very kind!
Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The evening lobby bar with live piano and friendly staff was also a beautiful touch at the end of the day.
I cannot fault anything, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

It’s my go to location. Great service, wonderful staff, beds are very comfortable, clean rooms.
Some TVs have the option to connect wirelessly with your computer and some don’t. Would be nice to see all TVs have this option.

The hotel advertise as having sauna and steam room. However, they charge additional fee for this service. It is mentioned on the fine print on the reservation. Great breakfast

Very helpful staff, welcoming. Very good room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Executive Lounge very good. metro and trams directly outside hotel. Within 10 mins of central Prague and 40 mins to airport.

Warm friendly very clean staff so friendly music panio player wow so good very professional x perfect every night was a lovely touch so good relaxing hotel loads off trams trains bus on the door step easy to get to town quick and easy and very cheap top class hotel such brilliant value really enjoy our stay with my daughter top marks 5 stars coming back for Xmas market and be staying here again we loved it walkable to lovely shopping mail with lots off good shops food place and cinema in English the films are wow just perfect gym across the road and upstair in hotel a spa just so relaxing we done really relaxed there thank you so much everyone
