Glad have chosen Don Giovanni during our stay in Prague. Very good location just next to metro and tram station. Very easy for us to travel around. The room is big, clean and comfortable. It’s quiet and with open view of the city. Didn’t expect to have a bottle of wine and cake as gift. Great breakfast with many varieties. Staff all very friendly.

Car park was a little expensive as was the cafe.
Slightly further than the centre than ideal, but right next to the metro.

Amazing 4 nights, buffet breakfast was outstanding, evening buffet was excellent , restaurant food fantastic. Absolutely no complaints at all.... Patrik on reception was so helpful.

Location was amazing, close to public transport on all aides
Check-in process was clumsy, A/C was not working on our room and in fact the heater was on, we had to switch it off and open windows to make it livable especially on the first day

Everything literally, Prague is one of the most beautiful places in the world but its experience won't be complete unless you stay in this Hotel!
It's our second time there, they upgraded our room ❤️
Breakfast is beyond amazing!
The staff was marvelous, The reception, the bar , they all were great, very cooperative and kind.
The room was beautiful with a very nice view, spacious and warm.
The whole atmosphere was marvelous, The decorations, the piano, Everything.

I got a upgrade of a room, probably because I booked and pay in advance and the prices went down afterwards. Breakfast was exceptional in comparison to other places I stayed in before.

The varieties of the breakfast, the room was quite big and comfortable to stay for 3 persons , one king bed and plus single bed.
Most of the Front offices were favorably supported and friendly, the hotel was being situated close to subway and there would have the tram station in front of the hotel, the most convenient to go anywhere.
The walkway beside of the hotel was quite seriously dark and desolate (connecting way from the subway to the hotel) and there was a blind spot with a bug tree which it might be awful in the night.

I like this hotel for its atmosphere: beautiful lobby, bottle of wine as a welcome gift from the hotel, white grand piano, live music every evening at 7 pm, 2 restaurants, the lower one has a Michelin menu, we had a great time with our family. This is our third time staying here. This time I will give it a 10 :)

I really enjoyed the whole vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. From the beautiful lobby that you enter as you arrive, to the welcome drink after check in. I stayed here for my 30th birthday and they really made it a memorable experience. The breakfast, it exceeded my expectations there was an excellent selection of hot and cold food, pastries, juice, tea, coffee and even prosecco to choose from!! All while a talented pianist is playing the piano, as you're eating, what a treat!! The check in was fine, they couldn't accommodate an earlier check in for us, but they had a storage room for luggage, so we were able to leave our bags here and go off exploring into the city! The spa facilities are also amazing, myself and my partner got massages and the thai girls were lovely and respectful! The hotel was also dog friendly, but you would never tell, as it is spotlessly clean!! Although I wasn't traveling with a furry friend myself, it was delightful to meet lots of adorable dogs during my stay :) would recommend staying here

Evening food in the restaurant was inedible. Really bad.There was also no fridge in the room to put the bottle of white wine they give you in. Why not ????

Underground garage, close to the underground subway to the Old Town, Prague, multiple features and accommodations at the hotel, front staff were great overall except the electricity issue we had and the manager not reaching out to us when requested.
The hotel room lost power 2x within 8 hours, briefly; most of the lights flickered in sync. They did have a maintenance individual come up quickly, which took a total of 40 minutes, and he was unable to resolve the issue. We were fearful the fridge would stop working. At the same time, we slept, when my mom had celiac disease, and were concerned that all of her gluten-free food would have been destroyed, along with concerns for possible electrical issues that, in cases of these specific old buildings, I'd assume could start a fire. We requested a room change, but nothing was available. The receptionist, Thomas, was doing everything he could, but as it was getting late, we asked him to stop looking for another room for us. I did request to speak with the manager. The manager was not in that day/evening, and I was told he would call back, but he never did. I will be filing a report to Prague Trade Licensing Office and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for concerns regarding this hotel. So we dealt with the electricity issues during our one-night stay. What's funny is that they didn't truly seem to care and didn't offer anything for the inconvenience, except an extra bottle of wine? Thanks. We will never recommea nd this place, and hopefully the matter can be further investigated. We were in room 855, family suite. So avoid that one, at least!

I had an excellent stay at the Don Giovanni Hotel Prague and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine and a complimentary pass that allowed me to move around Prague while also receiving discounts at various places around the city.
Since I do not drink alcohol, the staff immediately offered me a voucher for a juice or another beverage at the bar instead, which I thought was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. It really showed how attentive and accommodating the hotel staff are.
Another wonderful surprise was being upgraded to the executive floor. This made the experience even more enjoyable, and I was able to take advantage of several additional perks during my stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and included a very nice minibar.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and professional. I also want to especially mention the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job every day and kept everything spotless, even when it was not strictly necessary.
Getting into the city center was also very easy and straightforward thanks to the convenient location and transport connections. I was in Prague through Erasmus+, and honestly, staying at this hotel made the entire experience even more pleasant and stress-free.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague and looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. If I ever find myself lost in Prague again — which I am sure I will — I will absolutely come back to this hotel.
