I work in the hospitality industry myself and can say that this hotel truly deserves its rating. Everything is spotless, despite the huge volume of guests. The reception staff are very polite. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The room has everything you need—most importantly, snow-white bed linen, towels, and bathrobes. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. There is a metro station right by the hotel and a Lidl across the street; it takes just 10 minutes by metro to reach the bustling city center. And the pianist! He is superb—he moved me to tears. A huge thank you to the hotel manager! It would be impossible to run such a large hotel so efficiently without a skilled manager. Thank you to everyone. And please give your staff a bonus!
There wasn't enough light in the shower area, but that's a minor detail.

The hotel is located at the skirt of city with metro station nearby. Room is quiet and spacious. Breakfast has good quality and great selection Top notch executive lounge has great view and good happy hour selection.
Staff team is professional and warm.
No gym in the facilities.

We were positively surprised that our 4-bed room was divided into two separate conjoint rooms, much nicer than four beds in a row. Pleasant reception. Excellent diverse breakfast, and we had no issues with finding a seat in the morning. It felt luxurious to get a bottle of bubble at arrival, and with the piano music in the reception. Close to the subway and central Prague. Convenient parking in the basement.
Noise from the corridor when people passed. We were happy to get a room low down so that we could take the stairs and not wait for the elevator, the queues were very long occasionally. Fairly small parking spaces in the garage. Noisy air condition. Despite the advertised high level of service, there were some smaller things that did not live up to this: no possibility to hang towels in the bathroom, a letter missing in the text above the bed... No game changer for us though.
