The parking was very hard, it has very narrow entrance. It should also be included in the price.

Walking into the hotel was beautiful and I enjoyed listening to the pianist play in the evenings it was peaceful. The rooms were comfortable and I liked how the metro station was close by.
The only thing I would have liked better is a full sliding door for the tub.

Excellent hotel, with great facilities. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. 5min with subway to the centre of Prague. Lidl across the road. Will definitely stay here when we visit Prague again

Not my first stay at this hotel, and definitely not my last. The value for money is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is very generous, and the subway station is right next to the hotel, with the city center just a few minutes away. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, they even gave me a complimentary late check-out of three hours. Five stars from me!

A/c wasn't quite A/c, though we were there at a very hot weekend.
We were recommended a tour of the city by staff. We chose it because of airconditioning bus as advertised due to the exceptional heat
but it was walking tour.. ! We could only pay cash to reception....?? Other hotels seem to be doing the same, as reported by others on the tour.. not good.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a few steps away, making it very easy to reach the city center and the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing
It was clean and near the metro
None of the staff was nice nor did they ever smile once. They always acted bothered by you when you asked them something. The shower didn't drain. The housekeeping purposely turned off the air conditioner when we left for the day to save electricity amd our room was always hot. They don't let the room cool down at night and even with our air conditioning was set to 58 degrees at night it never got cold. No bathroom fans so it was always steamy and muggy. Vibe at breakfast was bad no one smiled or was nice.
