I like everything. We receive utmost service. The room is clean. We received a lot of complimentary waters and the children received arts and crafts package. We also received 2 bottles of complimentary white wines. Ivan at the reception takes care of our smooth check in and check out. He is very attent. Gives us the prague pass so we can have discounts in the city attractions and more. The commute to the centrum is very easy. Metro A, buses and trams are jist at the bavk and the side of the hotel. They set up the game room for people to watch the live FIFA world cup finals and it was a great experience . The breakfast is superb. We have a lot of choices. My youngest kid can play while he enjoy eating.
I haven't check the executive lounge on the 12th floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to a metro station and a tram stop, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options, including plenty of gluten-free choices and dairy-free milk alternatives, which we really appreciated.
Our family room comfortably accommodated all five of us, making our stay very convenient and relaxing.
The highlights were the live music in the lobby, the friendly and welcoming staff, the billiards area and chess set, and, of course, the adorable rabbit that greeted the children. It made our kids feel at home and added a special touch to our stay.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting the city.

The hotel has a slightly old-fashioned vibe with live piano music in the lobby. It’s not in central
Prague but well-connected via tram, with a station right outside.
We were able to park directly outside the hotel for a good price and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were polite and helpful.
Breakfast has a good selection of food, including freshly made eggs and omelette. However, the main seating area is large and busy and it felt a bit like sitting in a train station waiting room.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and room service from the restaurant was quick and excellent value for money. We had a nice stay.

everything was perfect. very comfortable and accessible to all public transportation. few steps and voila u are in the metro. Nice ambiance, the hotel staff are very accommodating. we have a wonderful and memorable experience in Prague!
