We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a few steps away, making it very easy to reach the city center and the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and near the metro
None of the staff was nice nor did they ever smile once. They always acted bothered by you when you asked them something. The shower didn't drain. The housekeeping purposely turned off the air conditioner when we left for the day to save electricity amd our room was always hot. They don't let the room cool down at night and even with our air conditioning was set to 58 degrees at night it never got cold. No bathroom fans so it was always steamy and muggy. Vibe at breakfast was bad no one smiled or was nice.

I liked the location: just a few steps away from the green line underground station Želivského, which makes it super easy when going to the airport. The airport bus terminal is on the green line, too (Nádraží Veleslavín). I also liked the fact that the family room had 4 "real" beds and not a sofa or a pull our bed that you encounter in most hotels. Another bonus was an AC in the room which isn't so common in Europe
The decor was a bit outdated but everything was very clean and well maintained. The bottle of an Italian Frizzante was a very nice touch.

We enjoyed very easy access to the metro from the hotel. That gave us a quick way to get anywhere in the city that wanted to explore very quickly.
The area outside of the hotel was a little sketchy with uncared for landscaping and non-guests hovering in areas just outside.

We had a nice room on the one of the upper floors. We had dinner there twice and it was very good. The location is very convenient to the underground. The staff at the desk was very helpful with city maps and changing money. on site parking for our car was very good.

It was very easy to find since we drove from Germany. Our vehicle is a little bigger than normal and the parking garage what I was most scared about and although it was a little snug getting in after that it was perfectly fine. We were then greeted with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I really enjoyed talking to the man who may have been a historian. One of the elevators was out at the time but honestly that wasn’t as big of a nuisance as I thought it may have been. We got a family suit and it was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the chocolate upon arrival and we loved our complimentary prosecco ?. It’s a very short walk to the metro and that was a big plus. And breakfast had a lot of variety and multiple stations so no need to wait or be crowded. Very delicious.

The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. There were amazing options available, including a live cooking counter, which made the experience even better.
The location is perfect, especially if you are traveling by car, as the hotel has its own paid parking garage. Another big advantage is the metro station right next to the hotel, with trains taking only about 7 minutes to reach the city center (Old Town), which was a great convenience.
We were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded our room to an executive category — a big thank you to the team for that kind gesture and off course we got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. thanks for that tooo :)
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space for two adults and one child.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay!
