Excellent service, especially from the guest relations manager, cleaning staff and waitresses. Welcome drinks for coming in.
Beautiful piano music in the evening.
Great breakfast and really comfy beds and accomodations.
Would have loved in all 4 elevators were operational (2 were out of order), as sometimes it would get crowdy. But even with that, we didnt have an issue.

The room and food was more than expected!
Location is great since metro takes you anywhere quickly.
Slight issue was that higher floors got priority elevator service while 2 elevators were undergoing maintenance (only 2 were operational). This priority option should simply be deactivated when some elevators are out of order.
