Everything was absolutely perfect! While the hotel is slightly outside the city center, it’s actually a big advantage. With the metro, bus, and tram right next to the hotel, getting around is incredibly easy, and you can enjoy a peaceful stay away from the noise and crowds of the center. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, easily one of the best I’ve had. The spa is also highly recommended, with very reasonable prices for the quality offered. I will definitely be coming back every time!

The hotel is situated in a very good location as it is next to tram and metro stops and is just a 15min ride to town center. So getting around was very easy. The staff was amazing. The rooms are a little dated, but were vey clean.

We requested a room with a bath and twin beds. When we arrived, not only did the hotel confirm that our requests had been provided, but also gave us an upgrade, plus gifts!
All the staff were so helpful and friendly and spoke good English, the room was large, clean, warm and comfortable and the location was ecxellent, as the hotel is situated close to the Metro, that takes you right into the centre of Prague in minutes.
Buffet breakfasts offered a great choice of food and the hotel has many additional features, such as the spa, gym, chess, pianists etc.
Overall, great experience, cannot recommend it too highly. Had a thoroughly enjpyable stay.
There are no negatives.

Only small point of improvement is the wifi speed. Which might not be sufficient in all rooms to do video conferences.

Location, facilities, personel, professionalism. We had a small accident and the staff solved it immediately. Very good breakfast, good dinner too. Exactly outside a metro station can be found. Underground parking too.
Carpet in the rooms, it is time to remove it during 2026. It is totally a dirty thing and we don't even want to step on it. Many people don't want it at all due to hygiene reasons.
Very dry, you need water the whole time :)
