Wonderful
Large, still spacious hotel with a special atmosphere, little farther away from Prague center but easily accessible by public transport. Rich buffet breakfast. Good value for money accommodation - we even got a free upgrade for a junior suite, appreciated.

Disappointing
The location is average, rather far form city center, extra costs for taxi at the arrival.
The most disappointing part is that anything which is not basic (i.e. room) is for an extra cost, you are already paying an extremely high fee for what it is and they are asking an extra for everything! 20 euros for 2 hours SPA! Absolutely inadmissible!

Don Giovanni hotel is the best experience i had in Prague. Hotel staff is very very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is really spacious, cleanliness is perfect and breakfast is the best. If you are special and you want ice-cream, don't worry, they have? Beautiful hotel with great service and friendly staff.

Great breakfast selection no matter the time you get there.
We had dinner in the bar that was full and since not many waiters were there it took time, but we understand that.
What we don't understand is that to be asked if the main course could be delivered to the table, the waiter just went to the table next to ours and said ''Chicken'' which of course was confusing and it took a few more words until we got what the waiter was trying to say.
Same waiter when bringing the bill and the machine to pay, got upset that he had no tip and that was visible in his behavior. Ironically enough the other waiter was a trainee, but didn't seem like that, since she was always polite and professional.

The hotel and room are beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were amazing, everything was fresh and expertly prepared. Loved the cakes and Pretzels especially. Great location next to the Metro line that goes into City Center, Cathedral and Airport. Lidl Supermarket and Gym complex just across the road. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were usually two piano concerts a day. Thoroughly enjoyed pianist giving us the Game of Thrones theme while eating breakfast!
For some reason or other, a Tesla Cybertruck appeared in the foye for a couple of days. It may have been related to a corporate event in the conference sweet. Felt tasteless and spoiled the ambience of the hotel entrance.

I paid for breakfast on 2 mornings. The breakfast is exceptional. The widest variety of fruits, cheese, pastries etc. that I enjoyed was spectacular. The cleanliness and presentation was outstanding.
I did not appreciate the height of the tub in the bathroom. The towels and pillows were minimal.

Wonderful
Very good breakfast, live piano music, complimentary bottle of wine and the staff is very friendly.
Metro station is just a couple of minutes away and takes 10min to downtown.

Lovely room, bed a bit hard for me, but overall excellent, great breakfast, lots of choice, location is superb, just outside the main parts of Prague but with excellent travel links just outside.

The price was good. The breakfast was outstanding.
It’s far away from where you likely want to be BUT there are bus, metro and tram stops directly across the street so you are only about 10-15 minutes from old town.

The staff was excellent - professional, kind, helpful. The room was spacious and the private bathroom was nice. It was clean. The location is very easy to access from the metro. The Lidl across the street is perfect for grabbing some supplies for day trips. The breakfast was definitely 11/10... Lots of meats, cheeses, breads (pre sliced or slice your own), several kinds of pastries, eggs (made 3 ways), fruit, yogurt, several hot drinks, juices, etc.
Nothing negative to say here.

The view of Prague is amazing. Most of the staff is very friendly and polite.
I just wanted to have my parking ticket checked.
I was in a hurry, and as far as I know, that’s simpler than checking in guests.
So I asked if I could skip the queue — but the reply was rudely, “You’re no exception, wait in line.”
In the end, I simply paid for the parking.
So if you ever need to leave in a hurry and there’s a long line for check-ins at the reception, you’ll probably either end up paying for the parking or waiting a very long time.
