This hotel is awesome, super clean, and the staff are so nice. They've got so many little touches that'll surprise you, especially the kids. I really appreciate all the effort they put in.
We got there a little early, around 11 am, and asked about our luggage. We knew we couldn't check in yet, and when we asked one of the receptionists, she seemed a bit unwelcoming.

Proximity to transport systems. Breakfast was superb with variety to choose from.
I requested a double room. However, the beds were two single beds added together with two small duvet covers. Could have done with a few more pillows. No dressing gowns either.

The breakfast was incredible. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff are amazing and very helpful.
The AC needed work. But maybe that's how it is in Europe especially during that recent heat wave. I slept with my hand fan on the whole night.

The hotel is not in the centre of Prague but the metro is just round the corner with a 10 minute ride to most tourist attractions . Car parking is easy and very safe to leave overnight. The executive lounge with a children playroom and a terrace has sandwiches and drinks served all day long so it’s worth paying the extra for the facility.
It’s a big hotel with lots of guests so at times it felt very busy but the staff was great
