The shower was in the middle of a very high bath, so may be difficult to access if people have any mobility issues and it goes all over the floor unless you hand hold it.

Location is more than excellent just in the middle of old Prague a step from downtown, breakfast is very good with great variety

The people there were really lovely, from the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant manager, to the folks at the desk. The hotel is right near the church of Tyn and the square, so the location Is perfect. Hotel food was exceptionally well prepared.
The steep climb between floor 2 and floor 3 was challenging for my 83 year old mother. She dealt with it like a champ because she didn’t want to change rooms. The bathtub in our room was also very challenging for her to use as well. Lovely, but very high and tough for her get in and out of. These were things we probably could have changed by asking for a different room. We chose not to, after a lot of discussion about it. So that is on us. Ambient noise from the church bells and party goers echoed up the alley on weekend nights. Not the hotel’s fault, but side effects of the location.

Bathroom was not clean. Overflow on bath had black mould.
Dust under bed.
Unhelpful receptionist, very offhand help to book a taxi to airport.

The room was huge but I paid for the bigger room. Well worth it. Breakfast was a nice touch. Nothing to write home about but it was right there. Right in the middle of everything

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.
The location of the hotel is ideal, being very close to the old town, Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge.
Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
Shower was a little awkward to use and water went all over the floor.
One night there was a lot of loud noise caused by some other guests. However, this was not the fault of the hotel

I booked this hotel for my wedding at nearby church and old town hall. Am excellent experience, I give 10 scores since max can only give 10 scores. Staffs are friendly, talkative and helpful, location great, breakfast fantastic, very classic middle age style house, very decent fancy bar and restaurant nearby, definitely worth visit again
Mid night a bit noisy since bar nearby, people too excited would scream, but for me is acceptable

June 2025, twin room: What an incredible location - we had the stained glass windows of the historic square's church outside our window, and it is tucked down the side street so you do not get the noise from that popular square. The hotel building itself is historic and I liked the feel of the place. The breakfast buffet was decent. All the staff were very nice and they were able to look after our bags for a few hours which we greatly appreciated. The bathroom has large bath tub, hair dryer and a helpful positional face mirror. The room includes a fridge, kettle, and some basic tea/coffee sachets. For added security the lift requires key-card activation. I would stay here again, recommended.
A minor thing but the window latches and stays could do with some attention. Creaking from movement can be heard from the room above but not a big issue. The in-room tea/coffee selection was poor and there was only one creamer. No air conditioning but fortunately the outside air alongside the large church was cool. The room would benefit from having a foldable suitcase stand available.

This hotel is at the BEST location! It’s right in the square near the clock. So much right outside the door. The location is perfect! The staff were so friendly too!
