The size of the room was more than good, the breakfast was fresh and fantastic, as well as the location because you are near the tram station, and there is a big shopping mall beside the hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Handy location for the trams into town. Staff very friendly and helpful, made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is located in a nice area of Prague. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfasts. There is paid parking, but you can also park your car on the street near the hotel, it's cheaper on weekends. Prague city center is 10 minutes away by taxi. If you use the bolt app, it's only 8 euros.
If you are traveling with a dog, prepare 31 euro per day! It's ok to pay for a dog, because it requires additional cleaning because of the fur - but 31 euros per day is definitely too much.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Carol. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing.
