Poor
Location in quiet residential neighborhood close to city bus stop is very good. Also, quick drive via backroads to the airport is convenient.
Balcony was nice.
Room was dated like something from 1970s, plaster was pealing off the ceiling in bathroom. Bare room, no coffee maker, old fashion key room entry did not feel secure, no AC.
Limited breakfast choice, pastry was not fresh.

Smell of cigarettes Doors don't open After I explained that I got a room with 3 single beds instead of a double bed, they refused to give me another room

Helpful staff, free parking on site, residential neighborhood away from tourist crowds,
Ceiling plaster above shower was caving in and pealing off, room was not cleaned daily, no AC, cigaret smoke from adjacent room balcony was getting into my room, breakfast pastry was not fresh, no safe box to store my valuables, room did not feel secure with old fashioned door key locks and broken door latch on the inside.

It a was close to the Czech University of Agriculture. It has good bus transportation to metro A and central Prague. Nice terrace and restaurant.

Real good Economic Choice with Breakfast included
also cheap Resteraunt and small Shop in THE Same Building everything OK and for Easter Weekend was a nice Deal
Water Change from warm to cold in seconds and is a gamble I nearly burned myself last day

The location is close to the CZU University and very well connected to the city center by public transport. Nice and clean rooms, although the hairdryer didn’t work.
