Excellent customer service, looked after us very well. Great location not too far from town, travel from and to is great with the use of their free parking and also bus and tram access right next to the hotel. Very clean room and nice facilities. The food was great and overall the prices are amazing. Will definitely recommend it!
Breakfast options could be improved, not as much selection.

The location is very convenient for visiting nearby institutes, and rooms are decent. Public transportation to the centre of Prague is excellent, and the bus station is just near the hotel.
Breakfast is very simple (5 choices) and has remained the same over the years.

breakfast very bad, morning waitress girl very unfriendly and obviously doesnt like her work. food inedible- hair on table . accommodation simple but very noisy road , rooms are clean but outdated.

The bathroom and the sheets were very clean. The bed was quite comfortable with a reasonably hard mattress.
It is a bit old and the breakfast spread was limited.

The hotel staff are young people willing to help and do their best job. The local transport is easily reachable
The location itself is nothing extraordinary in the same time we didnt have much time to explore around - down the hill it is very abandoned and seems to be a bit industrial (Sedlec train station). The hotel is located next to a frequent road so that it is noisy. Breakfast is simple based on low-cost ingredients, no buffet and not much to choose from
