Room was large and bed was comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Friendly staff. Large breakfast spread with many pastry selections. In-room safe worked well. Lobby bar looked nice. Comfortable lobby furniture. Disposable slippers in room were nice.
Wi-fi did not work consistently in the room. Lack of USB outlets in the room. Bathroom tile and showerhead need to be deep-cleaned.

The breakfast was fabulous. Best scrambled eggs ever. Super croissants. Great coffee.
Too sparse. Could be better furnished and decorated, ie needs to be updated. Bathroom needs a better upgrade. Good shower though.

The location is good. The tram stop is just metres away and many restaurants, bars, and convenient stores just a stone's throw. The staff at the reception are so friendly & always willing to help. Special thanks to the managers there. One even helped to book my bus tickets to Berlin with his card when I could not receive OTP. Breakfast spread is good but if they change it occasionally nothing beats this wonderful hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Prague.
The floors in the room are not carpeted.

Nice hotel, albeit a little tired. The room was clean and had a nice shower. Breakfast is basic, so don't expect full English...it is Czech. People on reception were polite, friendly, and helpful.

In general was a great experience! The breakfast is delicious and the staff kind and helpful. The location was great too, 20 min walking to the old city centre and next to the dancing house.
The set up of the room was a bit strange. The 2 beds were faced by the headers (that is, head to head)
