great stay, superb breakfast buffet, would stay again. Staff friendly, location great, close to river, good shops around including the bakery next door. Only a short walk back from the main ton so really no issues.

We were dealing with Steven. He was amazing and funny. He always had a smile on his face. The hotel is close to everything. Around 15mim walk. The room was lovely.

Pretty much everything! Parking was secure & easy. Simon on reception was brilliant & so helpful. Check in was quick & easy. Room was huge, spotless & bed was super comfy with 2 pillows (which is rare)!
Could hear noise from other rooms but I guess that’s usual for hotels

Large comfortable rooms. Great location! Close to main sightseeing but not in the crowd…great local non touristy restaurants nearby. A convenient store right next door for snacks, adult libations and toiletries etc.. Property close to the river.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and spotlessly clean, with a touch of luxury throughout. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, which made me feel very welcome. The location was close enough to various attractions if you don’t mind a bit of walking, and the free shuttle service from the airport was extremely convenient and a great bonus

Handy onsite parking. Standard hotel room.very comfortable bed. Enough bedding. Two pillows each, so nice. Close to lots of restaurants. Walking distance to old town.

Breakfast at your hotel was EXCELLENT! What a great variety of choices and also a fantastic taste for everything we had there. We especially loved your Nescafe machine with so many coffee choices. Also, your Ginger Juice (Mango Flavour) was excellent! *** Your housekeeping staff were very friendly and hardworking. Our room was always very clean and interactions with your cleaning staff from Ukraine were very friendly. They were amazing to us!

Just to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel recently. Facilities were great, beds were comfy, staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't ask for more and will be back next year (possibly for 2 nights this time). Many Thanks, Graham

It was fine. Did not enjoy the pizza we bought at your bar facilities. Expensive for the quality provided. Tasteless.

Comfortable beds. Quieter part of town so easier to sleep. Good aircon and the fitness centre had some good equipment. Small fridge and safe in room.
Coffee machine in room had no instructions and had sediment inside. Did not use.
