Nothing . Worst hotel of my entire life I wasnt feeling safe with the creepy manager as a solo female travaler
One word run !!!! the man on the reception working on the night of 21 October 2023 was non professional disprespectful shouting racist slurs to the customers!! I found also an insect on my room flying around and making noise, also beg bugs! I asked him to change rooms he refused also! My body was covered with red bed bugs bites afterwards. The owner has anger management issues and racism issues of anyone who is coloured especially women .He gave me the worst room number 42 that is actually a health hazard. The room is old and dirty .floors dirty towels with insects as shown in the pictures. One word .dont make my mistake and get fooled by the clean pictures on booking.com !! Run!!i was afraid of the creepy manager as a solo female traveler. I had to put chairs and hangers to hear if he come into my room.

Hotel is good located close to the National Museum and to City Center
Standard of the room was not that what represent 3stars hotel. Room was low standard. Bathroom was old and needs renovation. Shower cabin small and doors needs to be repaired. Breakfast low standard based on cheap grocery products.

The apartment (71) was very comfortable. Location of the hotel is great. It's next to the metro station.
Car parking is too small and very expensive! You have to pay extra money for it!?

You can't rest, because it is too noisy. It is too cold as well, and they can't even give you a portable heater if you ask.

The location of this hotel is really good, very close to the downtown area and easy to access to the public transportation. The day and night shift staff were both very friendly and helpful.
The floor of the room is squicky and I was afraid of making noise just walking in the room. The light in the room was not enough.

The location was perfect. Although a bit away from the old town, it is very well connected via tram and a mere walking distance from the train station. It's clean and big.
It would be nice to have a basic kettle in the kitchen

Spacious room, nice staff, the location is few minutes walking from Wenceslas square and national museum, also a tram stop is nearby. Closet for clothes
Very noisy at night because the speeding traffic cars, lack of double bed, and bed was not very comfortable compared to the price
