All major points including Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and the Jewish Quater can be accessed easily. All rooms at the Braník hotel have a private bathroom and satellite TV. The rooms are available for short break guests. Free WiFi access is available in all areas of the hotel. ONLY STAFF ON LOBBY!
this was the most terrible vacation in all the time of using booking, not only was there a terrible smell in the room, in the morning, we found stains of dried blood on the walls and furniture, this was not a vacation and not an overnight stay, it was a plot from a horror movie! I am terribly disappointed that you cooperate with such hotels and having trusted many years of using your service, I was so wrong! Photos and videos of this nightmare on my phone will not let me forget this terrible night!!!

The staff was nice and tried to do their best to accommodate us.
The room was dirty. When we came in it looked like no one had even cleaned at all. The toilet still had pee and cigarette buts in it. The carpet was disgusting and made us not even want to walk around on it. The sheets had odd stains on them and ripped in places. The towels had weird bleach marks on them and had a weird smell to them and so did the whole room. Speaking of the room. The door barely closed. You had to slam it shut for the latch to catch onto the door frame. It also did not lock properly. It only locked via a safety chain which did not feel safe at all and made us very uncomfortable as two female travellers despite the place having a curfew where the building is locked. When you walk into the place and check in, your room is just wide open. It made us extremely uncomfortable thinking someone could have just walked in before we did and lied down on our beds as they wish.

Receptionist was nice,other staff in restaurant were drunk or tired...
Pictures are different than reality!! Missing lights on hallway and room, dirty carpet, mattress whole room smells of cigarettes! Blood stain in the bathroom, stains on mattress. Balcony door broken, bed was made of some very hard -wood like desk! Good price wise but even cheap sraz i would prefer to know real pictures of rooms, otherwise I would prefer different location!!

The location is a bit far from Prague center but there is tram very close to the hotel which is very good

Nothing.
Everything, like the rooms were not clean, carpet was dirty looks like it was not clean from years, toilet was sinking, towels were smelling very very bad and too old, bed were damaged, TV is in room but not operational, we asked for room cleaning but nothing was done just removing the garbage from room. Hair dryer too old, that is also too dirty, curtains were smelling, windows were not operational, bathroom had no soap. Too too bad property.

The worst bed I have ever slept on. I was super hard I could barely sleep. It was made of some sort of wood tables. Windows don’t close properly, so it was pretty cold
