Everything. Genuinely everything.
I could have a window in my room. Very nice spacious room but no window. The toilet was very nice but I had to go downstairs to use it as the room was on two floors. Those two minor comments but overall an excellent experience .

Great location.
Huge spread at breakfast to cater for everyone.
Rooms are quiet at night you could hear a pin drop.
Spacious bathroom.
Great attention to detail. Hotel is spotless and the housekeeping keeps your room immaculate.
The bed is like sleeping on a cloud.
AC keeps the room cool during the hot weather.
Coffee machine in the room.
There was nothing to complain about.

I don’t think that they still have the category of 5 stars hotel. The hotel war renovated 10 years ago and the services is not on the high level

Central location near Kafka rotating head, shopping mall, restaurants etc
Hotel could not guarantee we would get a double bed, never experienced this in a 5 star hotel anywhere - reception staff claimed this was normal. For this reason I can not recommend to couples wanting this
