The selection at breakfast was incredible. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pancakes and all hot offerings expected at a buffet.
The hotel was busy so some mornings it was difficult to find a table but the staff were excellent and always found a spot for us.

Near to buses and trams and CT’s I service was great from those made by the hotel
None I was appreciative of Patrick the front end staff
Who got me out of a bind re cruse.people running it had little manners as no one likes to be called a ya , or you guys which I found disrespectful as a 75 year old myself.
The other girls at the front desk seemed bored when asked about trips or places I could go to see the sites
Breakfast leather was excellent with variety and different foods that we do not have acres to in Canada

Good location and everything was on a fairly good basic level.
The bed was uncomfortable and the springs had clearly seen their best days, as they were “sagging” from the middle.
The room was cleaned okay-ish when we arrived (dirty heater etc.) but the daily cleaning was good.
They had some gluten free options for the breakfast like bread upon request. However even the basics as eggs and bacon were directly next to gluten containing, breaded items, and thus weren’t safe to eat. Same for the gluten free dessert cakes.
Air conditioning was broken for one night, but was quickly repaired the next day.
All in all, I wouldn’t categorize this as a 5 star hotel, and I’ve rated it as such. If it was advertised as a 3 or 4 star hotel, it would get a better grade. (As that’s what it is.)

I have been in Michelangelo hotel for a 5 days, and I am very recommend on this hotel.
First of all, the location is the best, near almost every attraction in Prague.
In addition, the breakfast was really good a lot of stuffs to eat and a great machine coffee.
The cleaning service came every day, the room always being cleaned and it’s very satisfying.
The room looks really great, very recommend!

Staff are friendly. The room is spacious. Room amenities are available. Breakfast is fresh and lots of varieties. The location is good.
The bathtub is too high. It's difficult for guests under 5 feet to get into the bathtub.

Comfortable spacious rooms, connecting doors optional for large families with children, tasty and diverse breakfast, excellent value for money. We would definitely revisit!

The hotel offers a varied and satisfying breakfast, with good options to start the day. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions, the city center, restaurants, and with convenient access to public transportation nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; however, in the rooms I stayed in, the bathrooms were equipped only with bathtubs, which may be inconvenient for guests with reduced mobility, and I am not sure whether the hotel offers accessible room options. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which surely contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, it would definitely be my choice again when I return to Prague.
