Location. Clean.
Very noisy from other rooms. Could hear people walking in their rooms and moving chairs at all hours of the night. Room not soundproof at all.

Hotel was immaculate, bed was huge and so comfortable. Great heating in the room also. Housekeeping were in everyday. Rooms were quiet and no noise whatsoever. Probably the best sleep we've ever had in a hotel. It was also in a great location, just a few minutes walk to everything.

Very clean and excellent location. The gentleman at the front door was absolutely wonderful. Very chatty and incredibly helpful. Breakfast quite nice and rooms were immaculate. Shower was fantastic

Centrally located with only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Great breakfast variety and not to forget the beer spa - definitely worth a visit.
Not much privacy with no chance of sleeping in due to housekeeping. You can hear everything that’s going on in front of your room and the ladies from housekeeping are not even trying to tone down their voices. They‘d have full-on chitchat 5 rooms down the hall with each other in not so subtle volume. Better to bring earplugs.

Location of this hotel was excellent for exploring Prague. The hotel room was a good size. Lighting was exceptional and plentiful. Bathroom was bright had everything we needed. Nespresso machine for making drinks, small fridge, bottle of water each day and lots of toiletries. Even had slippers and dressing gowns. Breakfast was a busy place but lots of options and all fresh. Staff attentive with clearing dishes and preparing tables.
Room was very warm couldn't work out how to turn it down. Had to pop air con on at times to cool.the room.

Spotlessly clean, good housekeeping, great breakfast options, very helpful and kind staff, convenient location, good value for money.
It’s presented as a five star, but I would say it’s more like four: there’s no table service - just buffet - at breakfast, the bathroom was too small for a suite.
