Centrally located with only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Great breakfast variety and not to forget the beer spa - definitely worth a visit.
Not much privacy with no chance of sleeping in due to housekeeping. You can hear everything that’s going on in front of your room and the ladies from housekeeping are not even trying to tone down their voices. They‘d have full-on chitchat 5 rooms down the hall with each other in not so subtle volume. Better to bring earplugs.

Location of this hotel was excellent for exploring Prague. The hotel room was a good size. Lighting was exceptional and plentiful. Bathroom was bright had everything we needed. Nespresso machine for making drinks, small fridge, bottle of water each day and lots of toiletries. Even had slippers and dressing gowns. Breakfast was a busy place but lots of options and all fresh. Staff attentive with clearing dishes and preparing tables.
Room was very warm couldn't work out how to turn it down. Had to pop air con on at times to cool.the room.

Spotlessly clean, good housekeeping, great breakfast options, very helpful and kind staff, convenient location, good value for money.
It’s presented as a five star, but I would say it’s more like four: there’s no table service - just buffet - at breakfast, the bathroom was too small for a suite.

First of all, perfectly clean, all staff that i met were amazing, from breakfast to reception and housekeeping. They were very kind and helpful in any matter. The location of hotel is just perfect. You can walk to any monument which is worth seeing. Rich and delightful breakfast.
The rooms getting not much of a daylight and hard to get some fresh air into the room.

It was super clean.Breakfast was excellent.In the centre of Prague. Near to everything . One of the best hotels in Prague.It was already our second time in this hotel
Overall our experience was excellent. The hotel was lovely and the service very good .It would be even better if the staff were a bit more smiling and welcoming. Mister Julius at the door was a delightful exception -always polite and smiling,he made us feel really welcome. For sure we are coming back again
