Fantastic location, quiet, breakfast buffet huge selection helpful staff.
Didn't realise the room I chose had the bed upstairs, they were steep and a fall could be very dangerous.

Excellent hotel. Great location clise to old town. Room was very comfortable very clean. Breakfast included a wide variety of food. Great value for money
Room108 looked out on to side street .not the best view. Hot food at breakfast could have been warmer

The location was great!! 10 min from ALL the touristic points! The staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and requests.
No one helped us with our suitcases. It was supposed to be a 5 star hotel but didn't feel that way. A wall mounted hair dryer, one type of pillow, we took the most luxurious room they had and it didn't feel luxurious.
They didn't even refill the water if we didn't ask, I used the face towel....they took and and didn't replace it.
Breakfast was very basic .
The elevator doesn't go up to the 6th floor. We had to carry our luggage ourselves in and out. No one even offered to help.

First we were offered a room smaller than we booked, after being requested to change it, personnel offered a proper one. But there was a mildew on a ceiling.
