Hotel is very well located, near shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the Old Town. Wifi is decent. The breakfast is really good with loads of options.
The staff... they are not helpful, sometimes even on the rude side of it! On the first day we arrived the guy at reception was not helpful at all, made us wait outside when we arrived bethe couldn't hear the doorbell from the hotel bar - it was snowing when we arrive! The staff at the breakfast, no smiles, no nothing, apart from one young guy that was very welcoming and one older lady that didn't speak English but tried her best.

Room was very clean and all facilities were great. Location excellent too. We were allowed an early check in and a late check out at no extra cost which is very important when our flight was so late going home.

The hotel offers a varied and satisfying breakfast, with good options to start the day. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions, the city center, restaurants, and with convenient access to public transportation nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; however, in the rooms I stayed in, the bathrooms were equipped only with bathtubs, which may be inconvenient for guests with reduced mobility, and I am not sure whether the hotel offers accessible room options. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which surely contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, it would definitely be my choice again when I return to Prague.

I loved everything about it: location with easy access to anywhere by tram. The breakfast was fantastic and so exceptional that I actually ate so much. I didn’t need to eat any heavy czeck food after that. Which saved me a lot of money. The room was very comfortable. I had the deluxe with a I believe a king bed housekeeping was wonderful. You get a water bottle every day. They have a refrigerator in the room and it was kept very clean. I was a solo traveler and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.
