Excellent hotel in a central city location. Great location—just a one-minute walk to the light rail and the metro. Clean and well-maintained, with a friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
The bathtub water did not drain. I asked for it to be fixed; they tried, but it didn’t help.

We really liked this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. Excellent location. It is very close to all sights and attractions. Just 2 minutes walk to the Wenceslas square. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. I would definitely advise this hotel.
I would say it is more 4 star hotel. Simple rooms and very little space for cloth storage.

The chairs in the bedroom were uncomfortable and not attractive, The single twin bed needed a light on the wall for safety.

First of all, perfectly clean, all staff that i met were amazing, from breakfast to reception and housekeeping. They were very kind and helpful in any matter. The location of hotel is just perfect. You can walk to any monument which is worth seeing. Rich and delightful breakfast.
The rooms getting not much of a daylight and hard to get some fresh air into the room.
