I loved everything about it: location with easy access to anywhere by tram. The breakfast was fantastic and so exceptional that I actually ate so much. I didn’t need to eat any heavy czeck food after that. Which saved me a lot of money. The room was very comfortable. I had the deluxe with a I believe a king bed housekeeping was wonderful. You get a water bottle every day. They have a refrigerator in the room and it was kept very clean. I was a solo traveler and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely hotel in a great location, approx 10 minute walk to the old town. Visited in a very cold January and the hotel was warm and inviting. Staff were helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Great breakfast included. Overall very comfortable stay.
Shower head was broken and needed replacing. Managed to get it working but feel it should have been spotted before our arrival.

Loved everything about this hotel, the location couldn't have been better, close to Metro and Trams but everything walkable from hotel anyway. Staff really friendly. Amazing breakfast so much choice and set us up for the day, great lobby bar. Beer Spa and fitness suite on site although we didn't use these. Room spacious, massive bed and everything clean with coffee machine. Excellent bathroom facilities. I would recommend this hotel highly and if I ever returned I would definitely return here.
There was nothing we didn't like! Seriously, well done to the team, amazing hotel.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Decent breakfast.
Very uncomfortable pillows. Dishes in the breakfast was cold, for example bacon and sausages.

The location was ideal because it was walking distance from all areas of the city plus a good selection of pubs, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast because there is a wide range of things to choose from.
The bar area is not particularly enticing and needs a rethink. The chairs are quite comfortable but it would be what I would call a feature and certainly not worthy of a 5 star hotel
