Every morning started with a delicious and Rich breakfast, including all kinds of breads, vegetables, baked goods, cheeses, beverages, etc.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were so good! The room was clean, and was taken care of daily by the hotel's staff.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's an on budget hotel, that feels like so much more.

Breakfast was fantastic. Locations was close to public transportation but you can walk to most of the attaractions or places to eat. Room was modern and comfortable with daily cleaning. I felt safe during my stay.
We started with two wash cloths but each day one was taken away and not replaced so by the third day, we had no wash cloths. Not a big deal, but thats the only negative thing I can report and this wouldnt prevent me from booking again.

The selection at breakfast was incredible. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pancakes and all hot offerings expected at a buffet.
The hotel was busy so some mornings it was difficult to find a table but the staff were excellent and always found a spot for us.

Near to buses and trams and CT’s I service was great from those made by the hotel
None I was appreciative of Patrick the front end staff
Who got me out of a bind re cruse.people running it had little manners as no one likes to be called a ya , or you guys which I found disrespectful as a 75 year old myself.
The other girls at the front desk seemed bored when asked about trips or places I could go to see the sites
Breakfast leather was excellent with variety and different foods that we do not have acres to in Canada

Good location and everything was on a fairly good basic level.
The bed was uncomfortable and the springs had clearly seen their best days, as they were “sagging” from the middle.
The room was cleaned okay-ish when we arrived (dirty heater etc.) but the daily cleaning was good.
They had some gluten free options for the breakfast like bread upon request. However even the basics as eggs and bacon were directly next to gluten containing, breaded items, and thus weren’t safe to eat. Same for the gluten free dessert cakes.
Air conditioning was broken for one night, but was quickly repaired the next day.
All in all, I wouldn’t categorize this as a 5 star hotel, and I’ve rated it as such. If it was advertised as a 3 or 4 star hotel, it would get a better grade. (As that’s what it is.)

I have been in Michelangelo hotel for a 5 days, and I am very recommend on this hotel.
First of all, the location is the best, near almost every attraction in Prague.
In addition, the breakfast was really good a lot of stuffs to eat and a great machine coffee.
The cleaning service came every day, the room always being cleaned and it’s very satisfying.
The room looks really great, very recommend!
