A very warm and friendly welcome by the manager of the hotel,though I arrived late.The parking was in the courtyard. The room was neet and clean,very comfortable bed with garden view.
A big nice writing table and chair.A good sufficient breakfast and restaurant with very friendly service.
A big beautiful well maintained garden ,
A nice tennis court and an Olympic sized swimming pool.I would love to stay here again every time I’ll visit Prague.

All was good, clean, comfortable. Air in window, songs of birds, breakfast was tasty. Near is stop for bus 195, used bus You can go when You want , as an example to center, about 25 minutes. To Letnany is about 15 minutes. Hotel has parking. On territory are swimming pool and tennis court.

The male staff at reception (apologies I forgot his name) was amazing. Very friendly, happy to help immediately, and provided very useful tips and suggestions for places to visit while in Prague. Happy going, pleasant to communicate with.
I am very pleased with his excellent customer care skills, and would like to thank him.
The breakfast buffet was heavy meat based. I had very limited options as a non meat eater.
The staff at restaurant spoke no English, which isn’t usually a big deal unless you try to find out what’s the food you’re looking at.
Overall however, I found the hotel pleasant, easy location for public transport and very green and picturesque.

We hear every word spoken in the lobby or in the hall in front of the room (our room was right next to the stairs in the main house). we would recommend ear plugs or an other room, if this bothers you. Besides this the hotel was perfect for relaxed days.

I have asked the staff upfront if it could be possible to grab something quickly before the kitchen opens because I had to leave early next morning. The staff prepared a breakfast to go for me which was very nice but everything was sweet in this bag and I can't eat sweet breakfast. I would appreciate if they asked me what I wanted.
The receptionist tried to help me when I asked if I could snick into the kitchen to grab something to eat before restaurant opens, she called her manager to ask and she suggested a solution and offered her help with my suitcase since there was no elevator.
