At least the bed is clean.
The hotel manager has no knowledge or logic at all to run a hotel. We gave her our passports and she keeps wanting us to provide a visa when a Taiwanese doesn’t need a visa to stay in this country less than 30 days. ( even you don’t know, your customs knew and welcomed us to visit the country)We showed her the google information that she needs to check in her customs website as a “hotel manager”. She still doesn’t allow us to check in until we provide our US Green card because she saw our current address is in the US. (Thank God we have not only Taiwanese passport and US green card) This never happened in our whole life in any other hotels or countries. She wasted us more than half hour at the front table by insisting us to provide something we don’t have or we are not required to have. It’s totally unprofessional. This is the worst hotel that we’ve ever stayed in our whole life. No other people enjoy breakfast in the dining room at 9:00a.m.. It’s a creepy hotel. Definitely not recommended to stay if you are expecting a pleasant trip.

The staff do not respond very agile to the messages on booking or whatsapp (on the indicated phone number) so we were unable to book a spa session in time.

We have received a free upgrade to an apartment which was really nice and spacious.
Check-in is possible at late night.
Free parking on the street (weekend only).
There is a railway nearby but we have not heard it once.
It could have been a bit cleaner.
Breakfast was a disappointment - not too much to choose from, bread was probably couple of days old (breakfast taken on Sunday). Almost none vegetable, all was in salads only and carrot was long due.
TV was of very bad picture quality and there were only few channels - all of them in german or russian (?) language.

This little hotel isn't fancy but is exceptionally clean and well run. The staff is friendly, the food is good and it is a pleasant place to stay. It is also within walking distance of many good small restaurants that serve food from different cultures, and is close to public transportation, as well as two really good parks for kids. It is an area that is safe to walk at night, even a woman alone.
This is a typical small European inn, with small rooms with no air conditioning, which can be an issue on unusually hot nights. However , my room had a window that opened very widely, and a small fan, and most nights dropped into the 50"s, so this was not a problem for me. However if you must have air conditioning, perhaps this is not the place for you.

If you pay with credit card they charge you more so they put the fees that they should pay to the bank on you
They is no air condition in the room if you ask for that they ask u to pay more
They put suna and pool pictures on the website but if you asked to use it they will ask you to pay more money
Thanks they did ask for money for using the elevator which doesn’t stop on every floor so u have to go up or down with your luggage half floor

We had a great stay. The hotel upgraded our room for free, so we had an apartment with 2 rooms, a huge terrace, and a bathtub. The breakfast was also fantastic with Eastern European specialties! Thank you a lot.
