We requested a late checkout and the girl at the reception desk said they charge 4 eur per hour and that we can stay until 13h (3 hours extent)
At the time of checkout, at 11h (1 hour extended) they charged us 20 eur. As per explanation, they charge late checkout 20eur and only until 12h.
This is not appropriate at all.

This is rather a nice hotel, and one I only booked because there wasn't space at my favourite B & B. I particularly appreciated the mini spa in the basement which I took full advantage of!
The staff were very accommodating and friendly too, especially when I made the effort to speak Czech with them!
I was unfamiliar with this part of Prague and it took a while to get used to the public transport options (which are numerous! There are several tram stops nearby), but unfortunately the nearest metro is about 1km away.
My room was also quite small.

I had breakfast included with my stay but, unfortunately, missed a couple due to obligations. When I did ask if I could
get a coffee it was available but for a fee. Just a little disappointed in that...

Breakfast was good rooms clean but it was no AC and outside the temperature was +32 C.
The hotel was chosen because it had a swimming pool and SPA but it was not working. One room had no Air-conditioning when outside temperature was +32 C and you can not open window in the Morning because at 7 AM some contraction works is starting. The other room had AC but you had to pay extra 10 EUR per night for remote control…

This little hotel isn't fancy but is exceptionally clean and well run. The staff is friendly, the food is good and it is a pleasant place to stay. It is also within walking distance of many good small restaurants that serve food from different cultures, and is close to public transportation, as well as two really good parks for kids. It is an area that is safe to walk at night, even a woman alone.
This is a typical small European inn, with small rooms with no air conditioning, which can be an issue on unusually hot nights. However , my room had a window that opened very widely, and a small fan, and most nights dropped into the 50"s, so this was not a problem for me. However if you must have air conditioning, perhaps this is not the place for you.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good and delicious. Room was big and clean. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Parking wasn't available, not Free, and you should park in other places
