Disappointing
The location is good, with easy access to transport.
The hotel has a central air conditioning system, which prevents the guests from changing the temperature for their own room. During my stay the temperature was set to 26 degrees Celsius, which is extremally hot|. I asked multiple times to lower the temperature and they only said it was warm because Prague is cold.. I had to leave and sleep with my doors opened so fresh air could come in. I'm never staying on this hotel again. Besides that, the bed was terrible and there was a gap between the bed, so me and my partner had sleep apart.

The staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was within walking distance of the train station, the Old Town, and Prague’s famous bridges.
The room was very small-you could only get out of bed by sliding out from the front.
There was a noticeable amount of dust behind the decorative (possibly electric) panels in the shower and behind the bed.
Since we don’t eat meat or eggs, we mainly relied on salads, but the vegetables tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for several days.

The location was good
1-I paid on booking.com by card and already the amount had been deducted immediately,
When I’m reached to hotel the reception told me that i have to pay for 1 night !!!!! I don’t know why!!!
The payment not accepted by USD and he send me to exchange office to change .
2- for 2 nights accommodation the air conditioning not working (only fan), I contacted them many times, finally the gave me a small fan to use it when I sleeping.

The location is great. Close to all attractions. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.
We didn’t know that we should reserve the parking so we had some trouble arranging it. But also with staff we solved the problem. You could hear from neighbours rooms because of bad isolation.

Breakfast, clean rooms, good staff.
Misunderstanding about payment, extra taxes payment, very bad air-conditioning, extremely hot in rooms, without any possibility of opening the window in double room with extra bed.

Air conditioning did not work. It was quite warm in the room. The refrigerator was not cold. The bathtub is very small. It's very difficult to shower.

On April 15th, we were lucky enough to stay in a room with a tropical 27°C temperature. No working air conditioning, no openable windows — just pure, stuffy bliss. When we asked about fixing it, we were told, “Tomorrow.” And the next day? Still “Tomorrow.” Spoiler: “Tomorrow” never came.
Bonus features include:
– A reception you can’t reach by phone.
– Wi-Fi so slow it feels like dial-up from 1998. Zoom calls were freezing all the time.
– And for all this? A generous 10% discount… on a fully prepaid stay. Wow, thanks!
Had to send my wife and kids to another hotel for the night. Great family memories, right?
If you enjoy sweating through the night, poor service, and empty promises — this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The Room had a damp smell causing discomfort and headaches. There is no windows to get fresh air or ventilation. Their air conditioning just makes sound and nothing else.
