For kettle u should pay 10 euro!

The location is great. Can get to the train very fast on the XC. Not a long walk from the train if you choose.
The bed is comfortable. The room is a nice size.
Breakfast has a little of everything. It’s basic and starts your day off well.
The shower leaks out on to the floor. The pillows are big and for back sleepers.

Wonderful
I was very pleased with staying at this hotel with my family. For three people, it was very spacious. Our room was clean, comfortable, and at the perfect temperature. Breakfast was more than enough. Also, the hotel is located near bus/metro stations, as well as close to major tourist attractions.

great hospitality - I asked them to prepare some sandwiches as my flight was early dawn and I didn't expected I will be given a bag full of snacks and amazing sandwiches, apple and orange

Good location by tram to almost anywhere but not in the middle of everything. Clean overall
Breakfast not bad but limited choices. No actual double bed..its two single mattresses pushed together which can be uncomfortable while sleeping.

We faced situations upon our early arrival, and despite offering to pay extra, we were not allowed to check in or even wait in the lobby. As a result, we had to find another hotel for a few hours to rest, which was frustrating after a long journey.
The rules for early check in was so disappointing as they did not allow us even to seat in lobby for few hours till we can get our room and the receptionist asked us to put our luggage in storage room and go to KFC or any 24 hours restaurant to seat and wait for check in time from our arrival time at 6:30am . We even asked to pay for full night to consider us few hours room but they did not help. Finally after 3 hours searching in street we were able to get room from 9:00 am to 3:pm in Novotel hotel to be able to rest before our check in.

The hotel is located close to tram stops and subway station which makes it easy to get to all tourist attractions. Also it offers nice breakfastx

Very good location. About 100 m from I.P.Pavlova metro station. Currently a section of this line is close to Nadrazi Holesovice, but bus shuttle is working every few minutes. A lot of not expensive restaurants around as well as Harry Potter theme cafe. No need for taxi at all. All the transportation from and to airport and around Prague was by metro and buses (same tickets). The breakfast was very good. The apartment was big with a jacuzzi. We departed early, so we get a lunch boxes to go. Will definitely come back next time.

Great staff, great location, noise blocking windows, very clean.
Very small rooms for more than 2 people; pillows reached the end of it’s useful life; tv remote not working; dining room was very smoky from people smoking on the terrace; food that was supposed be served hot was cold
