Exceptional
The property was very close to an underground station (IP Pavlova) and easy walking distance to Wenslaslas Square. There was very little noise and we slept well. The room was basic but clean and had a good shower, safe and fridge. The breakfast was also tasty with a variety of hot and cold buffet style breakfast offerings including strudel ! Plenty of everything including cappuchino. The room was made up every day too.

The room was clean and big enough for a couple of nights that we stayed in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good not too far from the metro and it was easy to find it. Breakfast was nice. All in all we had a very nice experience

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Despite the central location we had quiet nights and slept well. Staff had always been very helpful

Breakfast buffet was really nice and displayed very well.
Staff was also cooperative and and friendly.
Strongly recommend to stay in the heart of the City of Prague.
Cleaning staff was bit late but very efficient and overall upto the mark.

Location is great, walkable to city centar.
Terrace was nice.
Room was okay, unfortunately not what we wished for because we asked for double bed and as the staff let us know, it wasn't available so we settled for twin. Pillows were not comfortable (they were too thick), housekeeping left cleaning equipment in our room and shower could've been cleaner (limescale).
