Easy to reach from the airport or city center as the tram stop is around the corner. Friendly staff.
Poor breakfast assortment. Tried to get a drink in the hotel bar in the afternoon, there was no barman.

The decor of the hotel was lovely, it was clean and wasn't noisy
It was on a quiet street and the hotel seemed to shut down early. More lights should be left on outside the hotel for anyone walking home after sunset.
Also you have to pay for the sauna which wasn't obvious when booking.

Centrally located, calm neighborhood, high on cleanliness, proactive service, friendly and polite staff, fully loaded breakfast with constant refills.
A small critique would be the lack of consistent communication among staff, and between staff and management. For instance, there's a Happy Hour offer advertised on the hotel website, but the staff mentioned that the offer was valid only in 2024. In another instance, one of the reception employees told us that sauna usage is charged @250 CZK for 2 hours, while another employee mentioned that the fee covers just an hour of usage.
Would thereby recommend better and consistent communication throughout.

The staff, Paul, is superb. Very chatty and ensures that the breakfast is constantly replenished. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of variety. On reception Kebir was exceptionally helpful printing out castle tickets and giving directions

Everything was great: the room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location was quite convenient and not far from the main attractions. Breakfast was also tasty, although the selection was not very big.
As for the downsides: I booked a room with a balcony based on the hotel photos, which was little bit expensive than others (we needed a triple room), so the price was a bit higher. However, what we got was nothing like in the pictures. I have never seen such a terrible view from a balcony/window – drainage and sewage pipes, and a dirty roof, plus it was noisy there all night. My advice – don’t overpay, you’ll get a much better view from a regular room.

We truly had the nicest stay. The staff was kind, especially the receptionists. The room was clean and nice, there was attention to details. Breakfast was really good, with a satisfying variety of foods, both sweet and not. The hotel is also located near the bus station and 5 minutes from the subway.
Can't complain about anything!!

Exceptional customer service from the staff. They are friendly and helpful. My room was super comfy with a great bed! Air conditioning worked great. The Karlin location is perfect!
