Attractive building on a quiet road. Great location with easy access to public transport and good value.
Detail in the room could be improved ie better hairdryer, bigger towels, extra pillows.

Everything is good here.
Quiet rooms, great breakfast, staff super friendly and super accommodating hotel. I loved my stay and 100% recommend.

Hotel was very cosy, big rooms, very friendly staff, good location, many tram lines just behind the corner. Good restaurants in the block. Would stay definitely again in this hotel if visiting Prague.
The only improvement suggestion concerns cafe quality but this seems to more general problem in Prague.

Very good location, great breakfast, pleasant staff, very comfortable beds.
There was a pungent sewer smell coming up from the shower recess that dissipated after a shower, I assumed this was due to old pipes. The staff were aware of the problem.

In a great area close to public transport. Within walking distance to a number attractions. Very good breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No chair to sit on in the room..

The staff from checking in, breakfast staff, were very helpful and nice. They were all very respectful and did everything to ensure your stay was comfortable. The concierge also spent a lot of time with me to help me get around and restaurant suggestions. I loved my room it had everything I needed and more. It’s on a quiet street and tons of great restaurants nearby.
I really can’t say because my stay was perfect! Everyone I met at the hotel was very polite, nice and friendly.
