Location, breakfast.
The room looks very poor: walls are dirty, furniture looks tired (old with scratches), doors to the bathroom don't close, the table had some white splats on it (I hope it was not a sperm of previous tenant). There was a balcony with an ashtray but it is not allowed to smoke there, while the smoking place is right next to the balcony.

The location to the old town is easy walking distance and it is a very quiet location.
Everything seemed to be closed after 5pm i.e restaurant and bar.

Tram line 3mins walk from hotel which brought you into the centre compared to a 25 minute walk. Breakfast was lovely apart from plates and glasses very small.
Restaurant closes at 16.00 every day so no were to relax after a day out shopping/tours or to have a meal that night. Breakfast is up to 10.00 every day,except Sunday is up to11.00 and come 12.00 breakfast room is closed even though they have a bar in it. Arrived in at 21.00 that night and no facilities in room to have a tea/coffee but a bar in room ?? ,and restaurant closed so we couldn't even get something to eat. Rooms are clean but no tea/coffee facilities in the room,we ended up asking for one. You pay a city tax which is a small fee but I was recharge the full price of my stay again only that i showed reception my receipt, which I was refunded when I quired it.
