Good location close to plenty of bus/tram/train stops. Lady on reception (who seemed to work 24/7!) was very friendly and helpful

Price was very reasonable for the room. Good size, comfy bed and fantastic location.
There was no blind on the window which was a shame. Shower wasn't the best.

Very poor accommodation, the room facilities was very old, didnt very clean, door was broken. Staff did mistake about booking, knocking to the door to leave accommodation 2 days before booking finished.

Everything Bed bug in the room/bed The owner didn't want to return the money even though I left the hotel after 20 minutes I had taxi expenses that were also not reimbursed I do not recommend

The staff did as much as they could, but they had very little to work with.
Breakfast finished at 08:30. There was a lift, as advertised, but it stopped between the floors and there were then 11 stairs to go up or down. There was a bathtub, but no stopper. There was only a see-through lace curtain partially covering the window, so the apartments across the street could look right into the room.

Breakfast is quite good. Several varieties and types of sausages, sandwiches, cheese and butter were offered. Hot food such as omelettes and pancakes can be ordered. Instant coffee and a selection of tea bags are available. Condition of the room corresponds to the definition of the price for the room. The condition of the interior, bed linen, bed and mattress left a good impressions. Mattress in the room was new. Work and care of the reception for guests were at the proper level. Friendly girls will help you with your questions. Wi-Fi is available on each floor of the hotel.
All are in good order! Friendly staff! Nothing that could disappoint.

Not only that the hotel and the room and the equipment is super old or missing, but the bed sheet smelled like someone peed on it. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
