welcome, water and wine in the room, hotel address, bedding comfort, lunch support, coffee gift, discount for next time upon check-out
The room was not completely clean - there was quite a bit of dust, the bed linen was not changed, there were few cleaning supplies, towels were not provided and were only provided after I requested them, and the cleaner forgot to close the room door on the last day.

Great location, very central. Very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the free mulled wine at reception. Decent breakfast options. Lovely courtyard

Location was great for exploring the city both by walking and by tram as the team stop is quite close too.
