Arina and especially Roman. The staff is exceptional and attentive. We always felt looked after and respected, most notably in the executive lounge. Food and drinks were replenished frequently and favorites reappeared.
The room. Rooms need major upgrades. How about an actual mattress, not a foam pad. Pillows that are newer. Bathroom that has an easy to open shower door. Even painting the walls anything but the teal blue. A/C would be nice.

Great location, close to beautiful places of Prague. Staff are very welcoming, helped with everything we needed, the gave us discounts, vouchers, gifts, answered quickly to our messages. Nice breakfast with good selection of foods. The rooms were clean, a bit small, but it is enough space for 2 people. Parking was full, but we found a spot on the street very close to the hotel. Thank you, dear hosts, for doing your best to help us feel comfortable!
Was a bit warm in the room, no air conditioning, we opened the window and used the fan, which made it comfortable. there are plans to install as we were told.

Wonderful breakfast! I needed another chair in room. They were very accommodating. The garden area was a lovely spot to rest in the late afternoon with a drink.

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The staff were so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful right from the moment we arrived. We felt right at home and very comfortable in a room that was even larger than our expectations, and very quiet throughout with the intimate courtyard outside. The location is superb, immediately walkable to almost everywhere we wanted to go in Prague, and for further trips (or less keen walkers) there is a stop on the excellent city tram service just three or four minutes’ walk away. The hotel provided us with a laundry service which was really superb and so very appreciated ahead of our onward journey. Everyone at Hotel Adler made our stay in Prague even more special and we would like to thank them all!

Location is perfect. Breakfast was included for us which was decent. Rooms comfortable and ours was large. Welcome coupon for coffee elsewhere and a bottle of wine left in the room. Nicely made up room with towels in swan shape which was attractive on first impression
Basic rooms with no toiletries. Only one toothbrush and no face towels despite asking twice. Shower had mould around the door. No air conditioning although the fan was good. Very ambience in hotel. We had access to the ‘lounge’ but drinks were warm as in ice not topped up.

The location was fantastic and the breakfast lives upto the reputation. Vast variety and good quality. Except one gentleman at reception all other staff were polite and helpful. They do give free wine in the rooms but who can sit in those rooms!
The bedrooms were a sauna. Pls don’t use in summer No ventilation ,hot as hell. They desperately need air conditioner.we really had to register our protest and then we were given extra fans and portable cooler , however without any exhaust in the room the cooler was useless .
