Excellent location with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent also.
The room was very small and there wasn’t any air-conditioning. The housekeeper/gardener was noisy very early both mornings.

It is hard to think of anything wrong. The staff make you feel right at home and are very accommodating. When you are used to breakfast finishing at 10am at other hotels, it is nice to have such a wide selection of food available untill 11am (that hour makes all the difference when you need a lie in). The location is also great while still being quite. There is also a courtyard that allows you to escape the chaos of the city for an instant to have a glass of water of the complementary drink. On top of providing breakfast and a place to stay they also help with the sightseeing. A map and plenty of discounts are offered by the hotel to help with experiencing Prague and its iconic locations. The adler hotel reminds you that there are still places where there is a genuine want to provide good customer service. This was demonstrated until the very end with a small bottle of water to make sure you don't get dehydrated even after you are no longer in their care.

It’s too warm without a/c in the room in the warm days, has to open the window in the night but the noise outside was loud. Suggest to have anti-slip mat in the shower. A few English tv channels would be nice.
