Location, cleanness, staff are friendly
It’s too warm without a/c in the room in the warm days, has to open the window in the night but the noise outside was loud.
Suggest to have anti-slip mat in the shower. A few English tv channels would be nice.

Hotel Adler is convenient to Prague center city. Breakfast was the largest and most diverse layout that I experienced in Europe on this trip. Staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel is in a reallly good location able to reach all the main spots and lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful.
It was very hot while I was there and I had a room on the ground floor with warnings to not leave window open over night due to risk of burglary. There was a fan but the room was very stuffy overnight. The beds were not very comfortable and on one side could feel the springs.
When I went to check-out the hotel staff pressured me to sign into booking.com in front of them and make a review to give them a 10. I did not have time to do it at the time but found out later that a review had been made under my name giving 10 and saying the hotel was exceptional. I think the hotel placed a review under my name.

fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, garden really beatiful and peaceful and we received several discount vouchers when checking in :D

Everything was great.Location was superb, staff were really nice, room and beds were clean and comfortable. İt's also important for us to have minibar and kettle.
Czechia weather is maybe generally cool, however an A/C is still better than fan:)

Breakfast was good but we were told it was included with our stay initially, but got charged for it later during checkout. Information that some rooms have to pay this extra fees was not clearly displayed on the website.
The staff was very unfriendly and rude. Instead of explaining things politely, they would always use an accusatory tone with foreigners like me. Terrible customer service! I will never recommend this property to anyone!!

Good Hotel. Friendly Service. Decent breakfast. Nice Garden to sit in for breakfast or sometime else.
Room get a bit hot since there is no air conditioning. Area not that quiet at night.

I went there with my mum. The location is very good. I love the city and people are very friendly. ESP the receptionist Aetna is very nice and top service. My mum feld very happy. They arranged the driver for us. The driver is very professional and trustful. Surround hotel that you can find many good restaurants.
